chapter 4

"Ari, hurry up please!" Mum rushed me. "alright, I'm almost done" I rolled my eyes. I don't usually do make up, but mum forced me, if I didn't do it, she'll get Sascha and Alexa to do it for me.

I quickly brushed my hair, and adjusted my dress. I grabbed my purse, and was out of my room. "There, you look so beautiful, you should wear make up and dresses more often! act like a lady!" mum gushed at me and I just looked at frankie, giving me a cheesy smile.

we stumbled into the car, and the driver led us to the destination. "wait, this is a familiar tune," Frankie suddenly was all smiles.

"It's Ariana's song!" he gasped, and I realized, and my lips curled into a smile. "Boyfriend material, is your song?" the driver asked. "I'm sorry," he whispered.

"it's okay," I smiled. "Yeah, that's me on the radio. it's weird though" I laughed.

"my baby is growing so big!" mum gushed and I turned back to the driver. "My daughter is a big fan of your covers off youtube" he continued. "Could you write a short sentence for her?" he asked, before focusing back on the road. "I'm more than happy to, my first fan"

I was too happy to be worried about my dress.

"Um, there's a problem," The driver cleared his throat. "Elaine," he spoke into his earpiece. "What's going on? im trying to drive in the Grandes, but there's so many reporters" He asked, and nodded. "Okay"

Frankie and i exchanged looks. "what's going on?" mum asked. "5 seconds of Summer is here" he choked out.

"Is it that Luke guy you were talking about?" Frankie asked, slowly. "Yeah," I replied, feeling a little weird and my stomach churned. Why do I feel this way, it's so weird.

my phone started blasting up. "What's going on with your phone?" Frankie asked, while he was examining my phone.

I snatched it and it was twitter.

"Oh god, no no, I think I know why." I shook my head. "Who invited them?" Frankie asked. that's when it hit me. They either came here, or Sascha and Alexa.

I quickly opened up twitter and, suddenly girls started banging on the car windows. "hey slut!" they greeted me and my eyes widened. Luke was calling me on my phone.

"What the hell are you thinking? why are there girls calling me a slut and other names, they're trying to break into my car!" I yelled, and the three of them stared at me, and continued to try to fling off the fans.

"I'm sorry, I should've stopped Calum from tweeting" and that was what I've got.

"THATS IT? IM DONE. THIS PARTY, WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR MY ACHIEVEMENTS, AND MY TINY ELEPHANTS! NOW YOUVE FLOODED THE WHOLE ENTIRE PLACE WITH FANS. THIS WHOLE THING. CANCEL IT!" I yelled and turned to my mum and she nodded, because I was fuming. I was never this angry.

'I'm sorry' is all I get from Luke. I started to trust him, and he ruined everything. I wish everything would fit into place, but honey, this isn't a fairy tale, life isn't fair, and not to rub it in, but, the truth is, there's no happy endings, and there is, it depends on the person's mindset.

"Hello," I smiled at the camera. I tied my hair in a bun, I looked really tired, but I am going to do this. "I'm sorry, I didn't get to meet you guys, because well, 5 seconds of summer intruded." I continued, making sure to hold back the tears. "I'm very sorry, so I am going to hold a meet and greet at the mall, and it's on the 24th, February." I checked my phone, to be sure. "I'll see you guys there! Love you tiny elephants!" I blowed a kiss and ended the video. I quickly uploaded it and pulled myself together, and filmed the song 'Emotions'.

I smiled, as I sang. Singing is one of my favourite things, besides to help little kids. Mum tried to pull me into acting, but I decided to volunteer instead.

"Ariana," Frankie came barging into my room. "JUSTIN TWEETED YOU!" He yelled and I was smiling. "What?" I asked, and he showed me his phone. Justin complimented me on his cover of 'Die In Your Arms'

"This is huge! I'm going to share this!" Frankie gushed as his fingers flew over his screen, swiftly. I smiled satisfyingly, happy with what I've done so far.

I plugged in my earphones and tied my hair into a ponytail, while I wore sweats and a shirt. I jumped along to the catchy tune of Jessie's price tag song. I really hope to work with her and Nicki. They're such angels.
