chapter 12

that last chapter was sort of a not very appealing one, so here's sort of a filler as I'm starting POVs;)

it's been a week since Calum started dating me, and the truth is, he's really a very great guy, and I'm starting to like him even more over the time span.

Today I my first interview and it's with Ryan Seacrest! it's such an honor to be able to be interviewed by him.

I bit on my pencil, as I scribbled down words for my new song I'm planning on. it's quite catchy, and has to do with pianos.

'I could write a song on my new piano,

I could sing about how love is a losing battle'

that was all I could compile for now so I swiveled my chair around, as my face met Calum's. "hey you were peeking at my note taking!" I punched him playfully as he laughed.

"I am also working on a song," he smiled, and I asked him to show it to me, but he refused to.

I put on my usual makeup, and tied my hair in the same exact way. I slipped on my skinny jeans and a black fluffy long sleeved crop top.

"You look amazing" Calum whispered in my ear. "thanks" I smiled and engulfed him in a hug.

"We have the rising singer, Ariana Grande, with The Way!" he laughed through the mike as i introduced myself.

I started singing, and he complimented me, while we continued with the interview.

"Ariana, so how's your upcoming album going?" he asked, and I spoke though the mike. "It's going really well, in summary, the whole album is going to be a mix of fast and catchy, along with slow and smoothly." I replied as Calum gave me his huge smile with the rest of the group, though the window, once again, Luke was no where to be seen.

"so," he started, and i knew that he would ask about the rumors.

"regarding the rumors, who are you currently dating?" he questioned, I looked at Calum and he had a worried look on his face. "Calum Hood from 5 Seconds Of Summer," I smiled, and he nodded. "The rumors about Luke and I aren't true."

"you did great" Michael gave me two thumbs up and high fived me.

I looked at Calum and we both smiled at each other. "Calum" I smiled, and he held my hand as we walked back to the car, greeting a few fans on the way.

Once we were back at the sort of villa, mum continued chattering on the phone, extending my stay in New York, I suppose. We all were done with the dishes and finally piled ourselves on the couch. "Good News!" mum came rushing out of the room. "We're flying to LA!" she paused, as tension and excitement rose in the air. "Hurry up say the news!" Sascha rushed her as she ate her ice cream. "All of you are going along! I managed to convince the guys manager" she smiled and everyone was grinning.
