Alex took Ellie and pushed her against the wall.  He started kissing her and touching her body.

"ALEX STOP!" she screamed as the thunder and lightning flashed outside.

Sebastian suddenly emerged from his state of shock and jumped at Alex.  Alex tried to overpower him and almost did.

"She's mine!" Alex yelled in Sebastian's face.

Sebastian tried to stay calm, "She is her own human Alex.  She can't help not having feelings for you anymore."

"I'll make her mine!  Get off me!"  Alex yelled pushing Sebastian off of him.

Alex started moving towards Ellie.  Ellie had picked up her old sword and wielded it at him, but to no avail.

He grabbed her once more.  This time he was rougher.  He snaked his hands under her pants.

"ALEX GET OFF ME!" she screamed.

Ellie successfully pushed him away.

"Sebby come on!" she yelled.

They quickly ran out of the front door and locked it just as Alex rammed into it trying to get out.

"We need to go get someone."  Ellie said, worriedly looking at Sebastian.

------------------------

Ellie, Sebastian and half the town ran back to Ellie's house.  When they got to the front they saw that the door had been knocked off its hinges and was laying across the steps.  There were footprints leading away from it.

"I swear he was here before!"  Ellie said, almost in tears.

Lewis scooped her up in a hug.

"Ellie, Ellie, shh.  We believe you.  We just want you to be safe.  How about you stay with Sebastian tonight in case he comes back here." Lewis said, looking at Sebastian for conformation.

"Yeah, come on Ellie." he said, scooping her up in his arms.

----------------------

When they got back to Sebastian's basement they were the only ones in the house.  Everyone else was out looking for Alex.

"Here." Sebastian said, handing her an over sized sweatshirt and jeans.  "Put these on, you're soaked."

"Thanks." she said and went into the bathroom to change.

When she got out she saw Sebastian.  He had his back to her.  He was crying.

"Sebby?" she whispered, "Are you alright?"

"No." he said, looking up at her. "I couldn't save you when you needed me.   I promised and I couldn't save you."

"It's okay."  she said, kissing him lightly, "What matters is that we are here, now, and we're safe."

"I love you." he said to her.

"I love you too."
