When Eli cut me off and said the name I finally noticed it! It WAS Beth herself- I couldn't believe it. I had been living with her and almost fell for her again.
You're so whipped for her Kate, i smiled thought.
"You're her aren't you?" I asked still shocked
"Mhm yes it's me Kate. You fooled everyone- heck you even changed your damn name!!" She suddenly got angry
"I didn't change my name and you know that" I defended myself with something that was true
"What? No I don't!! Stop lying!! I've been trying to hate you for 5 years but I couldn't- and now here you are lying at my face"
"I'm not lying Beth- you know it- I've been using my middle name. And yes you have every to hate me"
"Well- it's still changed- and yes i know i do- i don't need YOU to tell me that- I'm leaving" she yelled as she opened the car door and slammed it and walked to the nearest taxi. I knew I cannot stop her. Not yet at least- she was angry and she had to be. I left her while she was sleeping thinking that i would always be by her side. I didn't leave any clue to find me. My father didn't try to contact me. He knew about it and didn't care for me enough to look for me. At least he was considerate enough to send money in my account. The note said that i would be back after some time. I waited till i saw the taxi pulling out. I went inside to pay. I came out and took the long way so that she got some time to think and calm down. I hadn't ever seen her this angry but i had seen it coming
