"We're working so hard every day..." whine Ashido as the girls crowded around, seating themselves onto the olive-green couches on the first floor.
"Even so, there's less than a week left before the exam," heaved Jiro, gazing over at Miune, "your brother didn't do his test, right?"
"Yeah, since we were raised and trained by the Hero Public Safety Commission," she confirmed, "I won't have to do it with you guys either; it'll be harder."
"Wait, so when are you doing it?"
"From today... let's see... in two days," she stated blankly before her eyes widened, "woah... in two days... that's so soon...."
The girls sweat-dropped as she sighed, leaning back in the couch, listening as the girls talked about their development with their ultimate moves, Yaoyorozu claiming she had to develop her Quirk first before actually developing her moves.
"What about you, Miu?"
"Well, I was talking to Ectoplasm about it, and he said that my moves are fine... I just need to deal with the distractions," she , "what about you, Ochaco?"
She remained silent, a bored and slightly angered expression resting on her face as she blanked out. Asui frowned, poking her as she yelled out, gazing at her with a panicked expression.
"You seem tired..."
"Oh, no, I'm not tired at all! I'm just getting started!"
Yeah, no.
"How do I put it... recently, my heart's been feeling all stirred up-"
"Love!" announced Ashido, sly smirks on the girl's faces as she visibly tensed.
"E-eh? Glove? Stove? Shove? Dove? I don't know what you're talking about-"
"Is it Midoriya or Iida?" she quizzed, "you're always with them, aren't you?"
"No, no, that's not it!" she whisper-yelled, covering her face and accidentally activating her Quirk.
"She's floating..."
"Who is it? Which one? Who is it? Tell us, Ochaco!"
"Go on, spit it out," Jiro sang, "you'll get a lighter sentence if you confess~"
"That's not it, I swear! B-besides... they both like Falcon..."
Hearing her Hero Name, the girl visibly paled as all girls turned to her, Yaoyorozu nudging her playfully.
"Come to think of it," Yaoyozoru slyly smirked, startling the girl, "he's got quite a bit of competition."
"C-comp... eti... tion?"
"Yeah! Like Todoroki!"
"You fell on top of Iida earlier!"
"Really?" Hagakure swooned.
"Yeah, Hatsume put a helmet on her and she crashed into him," she giggled.
"I-I couldn't see anything! Why are you guys staring at me like that?!"
"You can't be this dense, Miu," Jiro hummed, leaning forward with a suggestive wink, flustering the girl, "you know some of the boys have their eye on you..."
She could have sworn she heard her mutter 'and some of us girls too' but she wasn't entirely sure. Miune wasn't dense. She knew exactly why the boys in the class looked at her the way they did, and why they all stammered around her. Heck, she thought she saw even Bakugo have a tint of red on his face as she talked to him about his Armor-Piercing "AP" Shot.
"Even Bakugo has his eye on you," snorted Jiro, "who knew that boy actually has feelings?"
"I-"
"Yeah! So who do you have your eye on?!"
"N-nobody," she stammered, "b-besides, even if-"
"Your face is lying," Ashido beamed, "it's even redder than your wings!"
"S-shut up!"
"B-besides, e-even i-if I did like so-someone-"
"Yeah?"
"I-I wouldn't exactly be telling you guys-"
"Hey, you knew Tokoyami from Hawks' internship, right?" questioned Asui, the girl glad for the slight change in topic.
"Yeah, it was an... awkward first meeting-"
"Was it cliche?!"
"N-no, not really..."
She could remember that day very clearly.
"Oh, you must be my brother's intern, Tsukuyomi, right?"
"That's me," he furrowed his brows, "who are you?"
She opened her mouth to introduce herself but her brother's voice pierced through the silence.
"Falcon!" She groaned, yelling his Hero Name back at him as the boy sweat-dropped. "Come and meet-oh, you've already met him. Tsukuyomi, this is my little sister."
"Hi." The first-year nodded, turning to the Pro Hero. "I was wondering... why did you choose me for the internship?"
"Because we're both birds," Hawks grinned, holding up a feather. The boy stared at him.
"Are you joking?"
"Nah, I'm 20% serious, 50% was cos I wanted to talk to someone from Class 1-A about those little punks who attacked you guys, calling themselves the 'League of Villains'," he smirked, "and, well, I figured if I had to pick one of you, might as well pick someone who can keep up with me. So I figured, why not that birdman from the top 3?"
As the intern filled the pair in on the details of the USJ attack, the girl could see frustration raging in his eyes, the girl lowering her gaze as she raised the tray to try and ease the tense atmosphere in the room.
"Well... we can talk later, I guess... time for lunch, boys," she smiled. A week passed and the boy slung his bag over his shoulder, giving a disparaging glare to the office. He sighed heavily, thinking that he hadn't even learnt a thing-
"Hey, Tsukuyomi!"
The boy turned.
"Falcon-"
"A-ah, just call me Miu," she smiled, "also... I'm really sorry about my brother. He just seems to say everything that comes to mind."
"I can tell," he grumbled, "is that all?"
"Come back to the intern next time," she suggested, noting how the boy's mouth opened to argue, she unfolded her wings, "I know he may not seem like the most ideal person... but he's not the Number 3 Pro Hero for nothing. When you train, be fast, make use of your advantages."
The girl winked and headed back inside, leaving behind a conflicted fifteen-year-old.
"Aww, so cute!"
"I-h-how is this r-related... to the P-Provisional... License Exam..." she trailed off, frowning as her phone dinged, ignoring the girl's shouts of her having another secret love interest, "that's disgusting, I don't want to hook up with my brother."
Her eyes widened.
