"What is this?"

Hawks stared down at his two interns in interest, watching as their eyes surveyed the alley strangely, a hint of curiosity flashing through. The girl's feathers ruffled anxiously, her bronze eyes darting from side to side and observing the many opium drugs and pipes that were for sale. The trio wore cloaks to disguise themselves and to not let suspicion seep through the alleyway and underground. A man bumped into her, muttering a small 'sorry' and continued walking as he shifted his hand into his pocket; the Soaring Hero stumbled, falling on top of Tokoyami, who helped her up and the trio stared after the man.

"So?"

"It's him," she confirmed in a low voice. The man nodded, shooing the teenagers away to a less crowded area before they took to flight, perching on a skyscraper and making sure they weren't seen by anybody else.

"You placed the camera on him, right?" Tokoyami checked, the girl placing a finger to her lips and nodding, fishing out a small tracking and recording device with a soft smile gracing on her lips. She winked at the males who beamed back at her, her brother patting her on the back. "Good job... now all we gotta do is wait."

"Right; since we're the only Heroes being requested by the HPSC," nodded the Hero. Tokoyami stared in confusion, Dark Shadow emerging from his chest as he hissed, telling him to go back, yet his words fell on deaf ears. "The Hero Public Safety Commission, it's a law-enforcement agency responsible for managing the interactions between Heroes and the public and they investigate the most dangerous cases of criminality."

"They're also the ones who taught Hawks and I how to fight and use our Quirks properly," the girl added. She sighed, staring back at the device as it beeped.

A sharp pang came from her arm as she hissed softly, clutching it in pain.

"So... when do we start, Hawks?" Tokoyami stared up at the man who stared back with an equally determined stare, though they were quickly filled with panic as the girl leaned on the wall, her eyes dull. He called her name hesitantly, the intern following shortly after; the girl's vision blurred, slowly darkening and fading away slowly as she collapsed on all fours, panting as she felt her heart-rate slowly decreasing. She heard Hawks briefly inform him that they'd be starting the day after tomorrow, but she couldn't hear anything else, her consciousness fading in and out.

"Falcon!"

She wasn't sure who called her name but one thing was for sure:

She had been drugged with opium.
