I'm currently waiting in the market for Flayn to arrive so we could go to Sreng to find whoever will be training me. "How long will you be gone?" Byleth asks as she approaches me.
"Maybe up until tomorrow if it takes a long time to train with whoever I'm going to meet," I say.
"I was surprised that the beast told you to do that," Byleth says.
"Well, it did know my grandfather, so it makes sense to me," I say before looking at her dumbfounded face. "Oh... I forgot to mention my grandfather was apparently a fifth saint who shared a unique bond with Seiros and was scolded the Goddess during his arrival here."
"Interesting..." Byleth says.
Seteth and Flayn walked up to us next. "So, are you ready Flayn?" I ask.
"Yes, but how are we going to get there-" Flayn says before I cut her off by picking her up and manifesting my wings.
"I'm going to fly us there," I say.
Seteth looked around to see if anyone was near. When he confirmed no one was around he looked back to me."Please be careful flying with my daughter." He says with an anxious voice.
"Don't worry, She'll be safe," I say and fly up in the air, holding onto Flayn in the process. When I reached the Clouds I looked at Flayn. "Brace yourself," I say going into my Devil Trigger then turn in the direction of Sreng.
"Ok," Flayn says holding onto my arm. I made sure she was alright then flew off at high speeds, leaving a blur behind me. Flayn looks around in awe "I've never seen Fodlan from this high up. It's amazing!"
"Glad you like the view, it looks like we are almost in the Sreng region," I say gesturing to the desert below us.
We eventually fly by some ruins. "Hey (Y/N), I think those ruins were the place."
"Alright," I say turning around, flying back to the ruins. I deactivated my Devil Trigger and let my wings disintegrate back into me.
"Leave now or face my wrath!" A distant voice says with venom.
"I only came here to train, I don't mean to disturb this place," I say while putting my hand in front of Flayn.
"What is your name?" The voice asks now a little kinder.
"My name is (Y/N) Sparda," I say.
"Oh, I see now," the voice says coming closer, revealing what looks to be a gold/yellow dragon. "It is good to finally meet you grandson of Sparda. I am Macuil, one of the five saints who aided Seiros in her battle against Nemesis and Mundus in what would be disguised as the War of Heroes." Macuil then looks at Flayn. "Ah, Cethleann it's so good to see you."
"I'm glad to see you to uncle," Flayn says smiling at Macuil.
"I don't mean to rush anything, but should we start training?" I ask.
"Yes, but first a test," Macuil says before taking flight. "I want you to try and fight me without your using your demonic form or any ranged attacks."
"Ok then, let's get this test out of the way!" I say manifesting my wings why summoning Devil Sword Dante. I then flew at Macuil trying to hit him but he flew over me and hit me with a gust of wind that sent me to the ground.
"Even with your immense strength and durability, you should always be cautious of a foe's abilities," Macuil says still flying above me.
I swapped Devil Sword Dante out for Yamato. "How about this!" I say getting back up to fly at Macuil but he dodged again then slashed across my wings and upper body causing me to fall to the ground while bleeding a little. I got up again and swapped Yamato out for Balrog. Macuil landed in front of me.
