A New Quest

Part 6

Percy's POV

After we all go our separate ways in our rooms I sit on my bed. I have a sister... why do you keep surprising me with siblings? I though to my self and laughed. I grew up as an only child with pretty much just my mom and my best friend Grover. Now I have all these new friends and 2 siblings and Annabeth.
Growing up locked away and being isolated must have been tough. Couldn't imagine it. Being all alone.. well, she's not alone any more.

Lucy's POV

I wake up in the morning to an alarm and someone shouting we are here!
Guess I slept in a little too long. I got out of bed, put on jeans, shoes, a t-shirt and a light jacket.

As I walked into the dinning hall to grab a muffin to eat I see Percy and Annabeth eating.. blue pancakes?
"Good morning sleepy head." Percy says with a mouth full of food.
"Morning. Blue pancakes?" I asked and took a bit of the muffin.
"Don't get home started." Annabeth says as she rolls her eyes.
"It's my favourite colour. I would only eat blue foods so my mom would make everything blue." He says and takes another bite.
"That's cute." I say with a smile and walk out of the dinning hall to the main deck.
"Hey Leo." I say as I finish my muffin.
"Hey, we are just pulling up to Paris. He says as he takes the Argo out of the water and into the sky so we can be directly over the city.
"Wow what a great view." I say and lean over the edge.
"Yea, even during the day this city is beautiful." He says still steering the ship.

We arrive at the Hunters camp ground just outside of the city and get stopped by about 5 girls pointing bow and arrows at us.
"We are here to see Thalia, my sister." Jason says as he steps forward with his hands raised over his head.
"Relax girls, they are from Camp Halfblood to help us." A girl with long black hair in a braid walks forward.
The other 5 lower their weapons but otherwise don't move an inch.
"Glad you guys can make it. Follow me." She says and we follow her to a tent that is much larger on the inside then the outside.
Percy, Annabeth, Leo, Piper, Jason, Nico, Will and I all stand around a circle table with Thalia as she pulls out a piece of paper from her pocket.
"We received this letter the day before the prophecy was told. Artemis has been taken to Greece by a bunch of monsters who have been taken minor gods. Artemis is the first major god." Thalia says placing the paper in front of Annabeth.
"But why?" Percy says looking over Annabeths shoulder to read the note.
"To fight other gods." She says looking at the paper.
"It's says that the only way to get her back is to fight in the 'God ring if death' and win." Annabeth finishes and looks up from the paper.
"That's what the monsters are doing? Making them fight one another to the death? But they are gods. They can't die." Leo adds.
"Only a god can kill another god." Nico adds.
"Which is why I'm here. I'm the one that needs to fight to get Artemis and the other gods out. They won't expect me to win." I say leaning on the table.
"Wait what? How? And you are willing to kill a god to save the others." Thalia says looking shocked.
"Why not? Sacrifice one for the many. Besides they don't care about us anyway. Why should we do them any favours?" I say crossing my arms.
"She's got a point." Percy adds with a smirk.
"Let's hold off on killing anyone for now and think of a plan while we head for Greece." Annabeth says.
"Fine." Percy and I say at the same time.
"Wait. Who are you?" Thalia asks.
"I'm Lucy the godly child of the prophecy. Daughter of Hecate and Poseidon." I say still having my arms crossed.
"Wait... 2 godly parents?" She questions not believing me.
"Hecate is the goddess of magic and mist." I say and snap my fingers to swap our clothes and change the 'scenery, of the tent so it no longer looks like the inside of it but now a rainforest. I snap my fingers and everything goes back to normal including our clothes.
"And Poseidon of course has the power over water." I say and manipulate the bowl of water on the table next to us to form into that shape of a pegasus in mid air and release it back into the bowl.
Everyone is staring at me in shock, we'll not directly at me but above me. I look up to see 2 glowing marks; a trident and a torch to symbolize that my parents are claiming me.
"Well, guess I don't need to hide anymore." I say with a smile.

"Thalia, are you sure you don't want to come to Greece?"Annabeth says as she walk towards to Argo.
"I'm sure. Someone needs to stay here the huntress'." She says.

With that we left Paris and head to Greece.
