Lindsey had been in a coma for the whole entirety of six weeks and Stevie was absolutely losing her mind. But being twelve weeks pregnant there was this longing for her mate to be by her so she had made a permanent residency in Lindsey's hospital room. Currently, she was sleeping peacefully on top of Lindsey and he woke up to her heavily weighing on his right arm.
"Good Morning Alpha. You've been out for about six weeks and she's only left the room if your family forced her out of the room." Dr. Harris tells him.
"When can I get out of here?" He questions.
"We just have to run some tests to make sure that you don't have any damage to your head. And she's gotta wake up before I can do that" Dr. Harris points to Stevie and exits the room.
Lindsey sighs and then he looks Stevie over. She looks absolutely exhausted and uncomfortable curled up in the small hospital bed with him but his eyes settle on her stomach and he smiles and the very tiny baby bump. He places his hand on it and he starts rubbing his thumb across her stomach. But when he registers the numbness in his right arm he starts whacking his wife on the shoulder.
"Honey stop, I'm exhausted." She mumbles.
"Steph, my arm is like dead." He tells her.
She shoots up in the bed and then she just stares at him and she starts to cry collapsing onto his chest.
"Mm, I'm alright." He groans slightly.
"Oh my god, I'm sorry. Am I hurting you?" She asks bolting out of the bed.
"My ribs hurt, but you didn't hurt me. Come Back." He opens his arms for her.
"I am so mad at you because you got hurt, but I'm so glad that you stepped in when you did." She sighs crawling back into the
"Ginger's obviously healthy and growing good huh?" He asks his hand falling back to her small bump.
"I haven't told the pack yet. But yeah she's okay. The day after the attack I had Dr. Harris exam me." She nods.
"Well, we should tell the pack soon because you have a tiny bump." He tells her.
"I know I have a tiny bump. A lot smaller this time around." Stevie smirks.
"Well, you aren't growing two tiny humans this time." He tells her.
"Ella's excited. She told me that she can't wait to meet her little sister and she's going to tell her all about Eli." She nods.
"Steph, she's really the only one who can. I mean we can talk about him, and I know that they were in your belly and even though they started out as little sacks of cells I'm sure that by the time 25 weeks rolled around they knew each other really well." Lindsey tells her.
"They still do. He's apart of her." Stevie nods her eyes getting misty.
It was then that the doctor came in and started his exam on Lindsey.

Stevie stood next to Lori on the little playground and she watches as the kids played around.
"Luna, Miss. Lori, you should shift with us." One of the little boys says walking up to them and taking Stevie's hand.
"Well Lucas, what are we going to play if we shift?" Stevie squats down next to him.
"Wolf tag." He smiles.
"You know what, I used to play that all the time when I was younger. I'll do it." Stevie nods.
"Really Mom!" Ella gasps.
"You bet." She winks.
"Well I guess I can play too...but Omega's aren't supposed to shift." She pouts.
"Really, you're standing next to the Alpha...I don't think she'd mind." Stevie smirks at her.
"Alright. Let's play." Lori grins as they both cheer.
After they play for a while, Stevie stops her baby, making her slightly out of breath, and Lori slumps next to her.
"I think that I'm getting too old for wolf tag," Lori says through the link.
"I'm either too old or my baby doesn't want me to play anymore." Stevie laughs.
"I swore I could hear a heartbeat. Is that why your brother is staring at us?" Lori inquires.
"Lori...I think he's staring at you." Stevie explains as Christopher shifts and stocks over to her.
"Oh My God, Stevie he's my mate..." Lori gasps as Chris's dark gray wolf walks towards them.
"I told you I had a connection to you but I didn't know how." Stevie gives a wolfish smile.
To give them some privacy Stevie shifts and holds her hand out for her child. As she's passing by her brother she scratches his head and he shakes it in response to shoo her off of him and she laughs
"Momma, where are we going?" She asks.
"We're going home." Stevie states.
"But why, I want to keep playing." She pouts.
"I know you do pumpkin but I have something to show you at home." She tells her smoothing a hand through the blonde waves.
When they arrive back at home, Stevie leads her up to the master bedroom and pushes the door open. Ella looks in and when she sees Lindsey a big smile graces her face and she turns back to look at her mother.
"You can go see him." Stevie pats her back.
"Daddy!" Ella cheers jumping on Stevie's open side of the bed and crawling onto her dad's lap and wraps her arms around him.
He groans slightly and Stevie smiles loomed up against the doorframe.
"Momma," Lindsey says after a moment.
"Yes, Daddy?" Stevie giggles.
"Come here." He tells her.
She sighs but goes towards the bed and she crawls on her side and lays in Lindsey's arm as Ella keeps her head firmly planted on Lindsey's shoulder.
"We've missed you, daddy," Stevie whispers.
"I know. I've missed you girls too." Lindsey nods.
"Daddy, mommy, and Aunt Lori played tag with us today." Ella looks at him.
"Aunt Lori?" Lindsey questions.
"She's Chris' mate." Stevie kisses his jaw.
"Oh, I see." Lindsey laughs lightly.
"Momma, Daddy...what's Ginger going to look like? Is she going to be a wolf?" Ella asks.
"Well...you see, If I'm a wolf when she's born she'll be a wolf but if I look normal when she's born she'll look normal," Stevie explains.
"How does that work?" Ella questions.
"Well, when I shift the baby in my belly shifts. If I'm a wolf when she's born she and I will both be a wolf for about a week and then she'll shift to her human form. If She's born a human, she won't shift until she's about six months old." Stevie tells her.
"Momma...i'm hungry," Ella states causing the parents to crack up laughing.
"Alright, I guess I'll start on dinner...how does Spaghetti and Meatballs sound?" Stevie asks.
"And garlic bread?" Lindsey and Ella ask at the same time.
"And Garlic bread." Stevie nods.
