It was going on five in the evening. Stevie was sat upright on the school her private parts firmly planted against the cold seat of the barstool. She could feel her opening stretching to accommodate her daughter's head and she knew that blood and fluids were leaking not only down her legs but on the barstool as well. But all she was doing is sitting there stone still. Her chin tucked to her chest tears streaming down her cheeks, her teeth gnawing into her lip, eyes closed. She was fighting against her body. Her contractions were lasting for three minutes and they were only a minute apart from each other and her body was trying to bare down but she wasn't letting it.
"Stevie you've been at ten centimeters for a half an hour." Dr. Harris scolds.
"NO! I'm...Ooooh God...I am NOT PUSHING WITHOUT LINDSEY!" She cries.
"Stevie you have to do what your body tells you. Your babies are going to die if you don't push NOW!" Dr. Harris growls.
"NO! I want LINDSEY!" She screams.
Dr. Harris pulls Ruth and Barabra aside as Stevie rocked back and forth trying her damndest not to push. "If she doesn't start pushing in the next ten minutes I'm going to knock her out and open her up. Those babies are in distress and I can't let it go any longer. I'm not letting that woman lose any more children."
"She's going to hate it if you do a C-Section." Barbara whispers.
"AGHHH HA-HA....HUH AGHHH." She screams gasping out between vocalizations.
"Luna...with all due respect at this point, it's not her decision." Dr. Harris sighs.
"Look, Lindsey's probably at Eli's grave. That's where he's been staying since he and Stevie had that big fight. He's been living solely in wolf form and he's been hunting and doing everything that a wolf needs to do. Give me fifteen minutes and if I'm not back with him in fifteen minutes open her up and take those babies." Ruth sighs.
"Fifteen then that's it...I'm opening her up." Dr. Harris states.

Sitting outside the door he could hear her calling out for him. He had kept his promise he's there. Sitting outside their master door rocking back and forth his knees to his chest back against the wall. The same thing that happened with Ginger happened with this labor and he's been sitting there since about one that afternoon.
He was fighting so hard against Adams telling him to go to her. The bedroom door opened and Ruth quickly shut it and glared at her son.
"How long have you been there?" She asks.
"I've been here since one...I told her I'd be here and I'm here." Lindsey states. Ruth just huffs and smacks her son upside the head.
"OW what was that for?" He asks.
"She's been ten centimeters dilated for a long time now and she's not pushing. You can see the blood dripping out of her body and you can see her trying not to raise up because that baby is definately crowning but she won't push." Ruth states.
"Mom..." He sighs.
"NO, she's risking her life and those babies' lives and Dr. Harris is this close to opening her up. You need to go in there." Ruth demands.
Lindsey thinks on it for a moment and then he pushes his way into the bedroom. When Stevie sees him she gasps out in relief and she holds her arms out to him.
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry." She mumbles as he wraps his arms around her chest her arms go around his neck.
He doesn't say anything he just hoists her up and as soon as they're in a squatted position in the middle of the bedroom floor, she does start pushing her head getting comfortable in the crook of his neck.

Stevie is in an instant relief as her first baby's head pops out.
"Alright, Stevie the head is out, a few more pushes." Dr. Harris replies as Stevie nods and pushes.
About five minutes late a loud cry echoes through the bedroom and Stevie gasps in relief into Lindsey's neck.
"It's a girl, September 20, 5:45 p.m." Dr. Harris calls.
The couple separates briefly as the baby is placed in Stevie's arms and the two of them peer down at their little girl.
"Hi, Hannah." Stevie coos pressing her forehead against the baby's and kisses her little cheek.
Their moment is interrupted when she feels that sharp pain that she remembers oh so well when she had to give birth to a dead baby and panic sets in and Lindsey can see it in her eyes.
"Alright hey, he's fine. He's okay. Just do what your body tells you." Lindsey tells her.
Stevie pushes for what feels like forever and then all of a sudden she screams. "I've never felt this before. What is this, what is this?"
"Okay, um...Stevie, Stevie because you didn't push when you should've he flipped. I'm staring at a pair of testicles and a little baby butt crack. He's breach. This is going to be a little bit harder and I might have to cut you, but I'm not going to do anything yet just do what your body is telling you." Dr. Harris coaches.
"Oh my GOD THIS IS PAINFUL!" She cries.
"I know baby, I'm here. I'm here." Lindsey coos rubbing her back as she pushes.
"Okay, his feet are out one more push and he should be here." Dr. Harris explains.
"You can do this." Lindsey looks her in the eyes and before she pushes she attaches their lips.
He returns the kiss and then when they pull away she bares down and she screams loudly.
"IT'S A BOY! September 20, 6:20 p.m." Dr. Harris calls as the baby boy gives loud cries and Stevie sobs in relief into Lindsey's shoulders.
"Aaron is perfectly healthy Angel." Lindsey smiles pressing a kiss to her forehead.
"Please don't leave." She begs.
"I'm not going to leave." He shakes his head.
"Dr. Harris, Did...Did you cut me?" She asks.
"I did. You started to tear and an episiotomy heals better and quicker than it would've if you tore. All I'm going to ask you to do is go lay in the bed and spread your legs and I'm just going to stitch you up when the placentas are delivered okay." He looks at her.
"I don't like the thought of stitches." She shakes her head.
"It'll be okay. You just are going to have some restrictions but I'll tell you about those in a little bit." Dr. Harris tells her.
"Lindsey go get my babies please?" She asks.
"Of course Angel." He nods standing up from his squat and though his legs are burning he makes his way across the bedroom where Barbara and Ruth had the babies.
