Chapter 22

When she opened her eyes the first thing she saw was the most beautifully sculpted face she has ever seen in her life. Her heart got full of love and smiled ear to ear as she caressed his messy hair carefully, paying attention not to wake him up. As he felt her touch he took a deep breath smiled a little, opened his eyes for a second then snuggled into Sakura's neck and wrapped his arms around her body. She cuddled him back and kissed the top of his head.

"Sorry, didn't want to wake you up" whispered Sakura

"I've woken up to worse" he murmured with a childlike smile as he hugged her more tightly

Sakura giggled and kissed him as a response. She felt such happiness as they were laying there all cuddled up, which she hasn't felt in a while. Everything just seemed perfect. She felt gratitude with every inch of her body for living the life she currently has.

"How are you feeling?" Kakashi asked her "You woke up pretty early" He murmured into her neck.

"It's 9 o'clock Kakashi! It' 's not that early!" she chuckled as she caressed his hair.

"Yes it is, considering it's a day off." he explained as he tickled her. She started laughing and moving around instantly.

"Please, stop!" She laughed as she tried to escape from his embrace. He smirked as he tickled her more and held her more tightly, then he quickly rolled her on her back and climbed on top of her while pinning up her wrists next to her head.

"As you wish Sakura" he said seductively as he leaned closer to her. Sakura's breath stuck from him as she was absorbing his sight, touch, and his low husky voice. He leaned in until his lips met her neck and he kissed it gently. She tried to raise her arms unintentionally but he pinned them down and went down with his kisses above her collar bone. Sakura was losing her mind from his soft kisses on her skin and being pinned down, turned her on even more. She kissed his neck softly, which earned a quiet deep moan from him and a stronger grip on her wrists. Sakura liked the reaction she got, so she continued what she started, which made him stop his kisses as he took a few bigger deep breaths and closed his eyes, while he furrowed his brows in pleasure. He let go of her arms, opened his eyes, and pulled back a little to see her face.

"I won't be able to hold myself back anymore if you do these things to me" He smirked as they locked eyes.

"Poor Kakashi" she whispered mischievously. Kakashi shook his head as he chuckled then lay down next to her on his side facing her.

"Have you slept well? You seemed pretty tired yesterday." He asked her in a nice voice as he ran his fingers through her hair.

"Yeah. I feel full of energy" She smiled at him. He smiled back at her as he caressed her cheek. The dark bags under her eyes were gone and her face was glowing. She did look much healthier.

"Let me make some coffee and breakfast for you" she placed a kiss on his forehead and then sat up. Kakashi opened his mouth to protest but was stopped by her. "You cooked so delicious meals for me, it's about time I return the favour" she silenced him nicely then stood up and left the room.

First, she went to the bathroom to freshen herself up and then made the two coffees in the kitchen. When she walked with the two mugs in her hands towards the couch in the living room, Kakashi got out of the bathroom. He was only wearing his underwear which made her blush a little as she admired his perfect, muscular body. He rolled his eyes as he walked up to her, took one mug from her then kissed her passionately and pulled her close with his free hand.

"I could get used to that" She smirked as they sat down to drink their coffee.

"Well, good for you" He teased her. Sakura elbowed his side as a response as she chuckled.
