Fords POV (Suprise suprise!)

I couldn't believe my eyes.

As the dawn rose up, the trees gently swaying with the wind, a sight so terrifying chilled me even in the hot summer heat. I had just gone to check on Bill's statue. I knew we only had sometime until it disappeared, and I was right. It's gone. However... there is no debris. There are no crumbles and chunks of stone. No dent in the ground where the statue had laid. And that meant only one thing.

He's back.

Thinking about it in a logical sense, it was the only true outcome. If the destruction of the statue had brought him back, then obviously there would be no remains of the statue. Once the statue broke down, it would reform again in the form of Bill Cipher.

And that is why I can say in full confidence he's back.

Running back to the Shack, I quickly called a family meeting. A bleary eyed Mabel and an annoyed Stan stood in front of me.

"Grunkle Ford?" Mabel yawned. "What is this about?"

I summoned up the courage to speak. After all, this is going to shatter Mabel. She can't go through another Weirdmaggedon. I won't allow it.

"Bill is back." The small sentence sent shock throughout the Shack. Stan dropped his coffee mug, the ceramic shards spreading everywhere while the brown liquid puddled onto the floor. Mabel staggered, catching herself against the table. Her eyes were lined with panic and worry.

"B-but Ford, we can, we can fix this. Right?" She glanced up at me, and it broke my heart. The look of despair on her face, the way she stuttered and her voice broke...

"I- I think we need to assemble the wheel." I finally said in response. "Then we can all discuss the best way to get rid of Bill."

"Once and for all." Stanley added, and I nodded.

Picking up the phone I began to dial number after number. In 30 minutes everyone should arrive. Mabel went upstairs to get ready, and Stan followed suit. I simply sat down in the living room, pondering over where everything went so wrong. Bill Cipher is back, and there may be no hope.

Shaking the thought out of my head I quickly realized the 30 minutes had passed and heard the doorbell ring. Swinging open the door, Pacifica entered.

One by one the wheel members trotted in. First Pacifica, then Gideon, then Wendy and Robbie, followed by Soos, and finally Fiddleford arrived.

"Alright Ford," Robbie started out, "Why did you ask us here?" He slouched down, stuffing his hands back into his pockets.

"Well..." I began, nervous as to how they'd react, "Bill Cipher is back."

Instantly everything went to Chaos. Everyone started to talk very loud and over each other, yelling about Bill and what he's done.

"Hold up, Ford, how do you know this?" Wendy questioned.

"I went to check on the Cipher Statue, like I do almost everyday, but it was not there. Not only was it not there, but it looked like it never was there. The statue has been eroding for a while now, and so I suspected that once it finally did crumble, there would at least be some stone pieces or crumbs. But nothing was there. Even the ground, where the statue had once been suncion in, looked brand new. " Everyone seemed to take a minute to mull over the conversation.

"So...he's back?" Pacifica whisper was so quiet, and yet the entire shack heard it.

"I'm," I paused with a frustrated sigh, "I'm sure of it."

"Well that's just fine Stanford! So what are ya'll plannin' to do about it?" Gideon started up the conversation, breaking the awkward silence that had formed seconds earlier.

"Could... could the wheel work?" Mabel whimpered, leaning against the table for support.

"Ya, I mean we have everyone here!" Robbie exclaimed, taking his hands out of his pockets and running one through his hair.

"I mean, that is true. It's best if we can banish him now before chaos can insue." I commented. They were winning my opinion over. Sure, I didn't like the idea of creating a summoning circle for Bill, letting him know where we were, but it was the best option.

"Hold up, dudes. Aren't you forgetting some one?" Soos questioned us as we all mulled over the symbols in the wheel.

"Soos, who are you talking about?" Wendy asked after counting out everybody here. "I'm also confused. We're all here!" Gideon stated, his southern accent coming out. (?)

"Seriously dudes!" Soos looked at us like we were insane. "Dipper's not here! We don't have the Pinetree!"

Regret instantly filled me. He had been taking by that Demon! He sacrificed himself for us , even after we gave him no reason to trust us. It made me sick really. He was such a bright young boy when he was 12. Always going on mysteries and reading my journal, praising me like I was some type of god. And then he comes back here after 4 years. He no longer enjoys mysteries, and he doesn't seem to worship me anymore. He has gotten a lot dumber, losing all of his aspects that make him worth while. It's such a shame he's on the Cipher Wheel, he hardly deserves it.

My mind goes into a farther deep dive as I think about Dipper. Did he really play any part in saving the town? Not that I can think of. All he does is tag along to Mabel, I understand why the angel would get annoyed at him. His stutter is freaking annoying too! Yet, I still have a lurking suspicion that he's not what he seems. I don't have any real proof though, it's more of just a feeling. I mean, Mabel did say that back in California he got meaner and more detached...

I was cut out og my thoughts by Mabel's cry. "Dipper?" She asked in disbelief. "Why do we need Dipper?"

"He's the Pinetree, remember dude?" Soos replied nervously.

"Well, ya... but he's worthless! Do we really need him for the Cipher Wheel?" She asked, and Pacifica gasped. "Mabel, he's you're brother!" She said, shocked at what Mabel commented.

"Well ya but he's RIGHT HERE?!" Her voice went confused at the end as her eyebrows scrunched together. My great nephew stumbled through the door. Blood soaked his shirt and hair.  Scratches littered his body and I saw a black eye as he titled his head up. HE also looked malnourished, as if he hadn't eaten.

"Dipper?" Pacifica asked full of worry as she ran over to the limping figure. As soon as she reached him he collapsed into her arms.

"Who- who did this?" Pacifica stuttered, walking Dipper over to a chair. His answer was so quiet, so broken, and it sent shivers down our spine.

"B-Bill." He croaked.
