12 Days Before Christmas

Chapter 7

"On the sixth day of Christmas, my true love sent to me, six geese a-laying. 

20th December 2014, Saturday.

"Edsy, wake up! We're going to go ice skating!" my eyes snapped open and i sat up straight so fast i almost got a whiplash. What the... why is it whenever i wake up, Lidsy will always be on my body somehow.

"What?" i looked at her unbelievably as if she had just announced that she was going to marry the Queen of England. 

"Yeah, come on! Taemin's going to bring some of his friends. And that cute guy too. What was his name? Oh yeah, Key," Lidsy said dreamily and sighed to herself.

I cannot believe Lidsy sometimes. She's already in a relationship but she still ogles at other guys. I rolled my eyes at her.

"You're already in a relationship, dumbass!" I said matter-of-factly, "what about work? Dont you have to go in today?"

She giggled, "Apparently, i contracted glandular fever from you!"

I rolled my eyes again at her antiques but laughed affectionately anyway. Trust Lidsy and her weird ways to get out of things.

"What the.. I thought you said you were going to wake her up! Why the hell are you sitting on her?" Taemin's voice drifted into the room and we both looked up to see him standing outside my room with a scandalized look on his face.

Lidsy smiled mischievously and rocked her hips against mine, "Im doing her, cant you see? Now, get out!"

"Okay that's the last straw. You're coming with me, now," Taemin said authoritively, "Eddy, come to the ice skating rink in an hours time, okay?"

He stomped into the room and pulled Lidsy off my lap. I heard her whines of protest as he dragged her out of the house, leaving me in silence.

 I chuckled to myself. They are so cute.

Sighing, i picked myself off the bed and headed into the bathroom to get ready to ice skate with Lidsy, Taem and his friends.

An hour later, i was at the skating rink. Where were they? I squinted my eyes to look for them among the throng of people before i saw them. There were 8 of them- Lidsy, Taemin, Jinki, Minho, Jonghyun, Key, Kyuhyun and one other guy I haven't met before.

Wait what the hell, why is one of Taemin's friends wearing what a Chanion would usually wear? Red suspenders with jeans, green buttoned-up blouse and a dark red stussy hat? Oh my God, i totally forgot about the surprise. Its still ongoing, isn't it?

I was so curious to see what else Chanyeol had come up with. Heart already beating faster, i walked with a slight spring in my steps towards them.

"Edsy!" Lidsy called in delight and her eyes lit up when she saw me walking over to them. She tried to run over to me but Taemin had an iron grip on her waist and wouldn't let her move.

I snickered. Taemin is so dumb.

"Eddy, im sure you've met my friends before. The only new face here is Suho," Taemin explained and gestured to the Chanion, who was beaming at me, "Well then guys, lets go get our skates."

All of them started walking ahead and i was alone at the back with Chanion. Well, this is unexpected.

"Ms Eldina?" Suho called out gently to me.

"Yes, Suho the Chanion?" I teased.
