Is That Your Love For Me ?

Amanda asked me if I wanted to go out with our friends. I agreed. I asked her if Rachel was coming. Amanda said she won’t come. I went to Rachel who was sitting alone in the canteen at one of the tables.

“Hi Rachel, I tried to sound normal, forgetting about the incident when she said a ‘no’ to me.

“Hi Sam”, was her only reply. I didn’t think she was angry with me because of the incident.

“So what’s up with you? Why are you always so engrossed in books?” I asked this to check if she really was normal about yesterday’s topic.

“Yeah, they are the treasure of my life. I would love to read as many as I could till the time permits me”, she gave a straight answer and I came to know that she wasn’t angry on me.

“What does this mean? You have your whole life to read them.”

“Yes I do have”, she said this with a sad glint in her eyes and I thought something must be wrong but I came on the point,

“So I wanted to ask you, let’s go out. I mean we are going out, you can join us.”

“No I just don’t wanna come”.

“Please we will have fun. Please, please, please”, I said, giving her my best and cutest look.

She said, “Ok, fine, ''

"so 5 pm in the evening? I will be waiting near the college ground”

“Yeah I will come”, she said and got up and moved away.

God I do promise to myself that though I can’t have her, I will make her life heaven. She doesn’t believe in love, but I will make her believe in love.

At evening Amanda and the rest of my friends arrived near the college ground and I was waiting for Rachel.

“No need to wait, she won’t come”, Amanda said.

“I bet my i-phone she will come”, I said wishing inside my heart that she would come.

“Oh that’s a great deal”, Amanda said joyfully. She went away and I was still looking at the corridor wishing Rachel would come.

I saw someone coming in a red dress, I focused my vision on the red spot and noticed that was Rachel. Her long hair open at her sides. Her knee length dress  and high heels. In short, she was hot with her red lipstick on.

“Hi Rachel”.

She blushed looking at me. “Hi Sam”, she replied.

“You look beautiful”.

“Thanks”, she replied.

“Oh! Shit. I have to lose the i-phone”, Amanda said, making a sad child-face.

“Told you”, I replied, sticking my tongue out.

“Anyways, I will see you later about this and Rachel happy to see you here”, she said and hugged Rachel, then went away with the rest of the friends, leaving us to talk alone. This was the thing I loved about her a lot, she just always knows what I need just by looking at me, and so she is my best friend.

As I was about to speak to Rachel, Amanda came back and said “Hey bro our car is full so you and Rachel need to come by your car”.

“Yeah fine”, I replied, smirking at her, as I knew her trick to send Rachel with me.

“Yeah fine, I will come with Sam”, Rachel said to Amanda.

So I took Rachel to the parking lot where my car was parked. I went near the passenger seat and opened the door for her to get in and closed it and went to my seat. As I went in, she was staring out through the window and I was just able to see her profile through it and I could just say that she was looking super-hot today, I just couldn’t stop staring her.
