"There's no time to explain. We need to move fast! Get to the hangar and find a ship. I'll meet you there."
And with that, Glael ran down the stairs, sword in hand, to clear the way for Elias. Elias soon followed, with his gun at the ready. He burst in to the hangar, where a mechanic was finishing up work on a fighter ship. The ship was very odd indeed, and like nothing Elias had ever seen before. It had a sphere as a cockpit, with room for two pilots, and two white wings on the sides. The wings were long and narrow, and not actually attached to the cockpit. They seemed to be held in place by some sort of magnetic force. And the mechanic? It was none other than his old prison guard, and Elias wanted revenge.
"What da heck do ya think ya doin?" The guard said. Elias clonked him on the head with the butt of his gun and dragged him over to a corner. Glael rushed into the cavernous room, followed by a dozen or so soldiers.
"Come on!" Elias said. Glael jumped into the fighter seconds before Elias. They took off like a rocket, once again flying into the unknown.
