Up the stairs, through the halls he ran, until he once again emerged onto the rear deck. He was stopped in his tracks by a snarling Voss, who had once again drawn his long sword staff.
"Think you're so smart, do you?" he said sarcastically. "I had a feeling you'd try something like this. Thought you could escape, steal a ship maybe? I've had my eye on you this whole time. I even hoped you would do this. Now I get the pleasure of destroying you! After that Glael, you are nothing! I eat worms bigger than you for breakfast! After all, that's just what you are. A measly worm!"

While Voss was gloating, Elias had noticed something in the sky behind him. It was a figure he couldn't quite make out, but it looked like a winged man.

"I will crush you, just like your little friend!" Voss was still on his rant. He snatched Elias up from the ground and held him high. Suddenly, the point of a sword came through Voss's chest. He fell facefirst on the ground just as Elias wrenched himself out of his grasp. Voss groaned, and the winged man stood up from where he was crouched. He pulled the sword out of Voss's back and spoke.

"Little, eh? How does that 'little' sword feel in your stomach!"
It was Glael.
