Emily's POV
"Why did I agree to this?" I asked India. I was tacking her up. Getting ready for the date with Ben. If I don't feel anything, tell him.
"Hey Em. Ready?" Ben said walking in. He and Thunder were waiting for us. I walked India out and mounted onto her. Ben got onto Thunder and we headed towards the open area. He said I could choose where we went. I really wanted to find that wild horse again. He was really beautiful. "So, where are we going?" Ben asked.
"You'll see," I replied. I saw him smirk. Oh boy. Then we heard a neigh. I looked back and saw the wild horse. He reared up multiple times. He's probably trying to protect his land.

India's POV
"Why did Emily bring us here? He doesn't want us in his land." Thunder said.
"Go away. Leave. Your not wanted here." The wild horse said.
"This is Dreamside ranch land," I said to him. He stopped rearing. He just stares at me.
"Wild horse has a crush on India." Thunder joked. The horse reared up again. Emily got off of me and walked to the horse. The horse swung his feet at her. Ben had Thunder gallop towards Emily. Blocking the wild horse from hurting her.
"Leave her alone you stupid mustang." He said. The horse stopped. He had a said looked in his eyes. He shook his head, snorted at Ben and ran away.
"I didn't need your help. And you didn't need to call him stupid." She said. She walked over to me and mounted onto me. She had me go into a gallop, and go back to the ranch.
"He was going to hurt you," Ben said when we finally got back to the ranch.
"We don't know that. He could've been a wild horse, looking for a home." Emily said. "Why don't you just go home, Ben," Emily said. He looked hesitant, but he did go home. He didn't bother to untack Thunder.
"Hey," Tony said. Emily turned around and faced him.
"Hey, Tony. How long have you've standing there?" She asked him.
"I heard everything." He said. He went to untack Thunder. Thunder snorted at him.
"I got Thunder. You can go untack India." Emily said. Tony walked over to me. I nudged his hand. He relaxed and went to untack me. It was quiet. When they both were done. Tony left and Emily went inside. I glared at a Thunder.
"You didn't have to scare him. He's already scared enough because he's the boy from the orphanage, helping out here, he gets picked on by the other boys." I snapped at him.
"I was not going to let the poor touch me." He said.
"Acting like your rider are we?" Secret asked.
"Just because he doesn't have family, doesn't mean he's poor," Cinnamon added. Thunder was getting ganged upon.
"Let's just drop it," I said. Everyone dropped it and I fell asleep.
