This is a picture of Mrs. Johnson

I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.

When my last class ended I was so happy.

Finally this day was finished.

I got a message from Mrs. Johnson.

Hi, sweetheart. I wanted to thank you again for picking up my son. And thank you for downloading the app, it's very useful.

I downloaded one of those babysitting apps. She can pay me through it and see my location. So when I go to the park or another place with Thomas, she can pick him up at that location. Its very useful because now we can play in the park instead of staying at my house every time.

My brothers have practice after school. For them their sport is very important because they have to get a scholarship for college. And I have to get good marks and work so I hopefully get one too. So that's why we work so hard.

I was listening to music while I was walking to the kindergarten.

When I arrived I saw that they were finished too. The kids were playing outside until someone picked them up.

When they saw me they ran to me and hugged my legs.

"Hi, guys. How was your day?" I asked them.

"We painted and played." Mo said enthusiastically.

"Yeah, and we got candy. Because we helped our teacher cleaning." Thomas said.

"Wow, I'm so proud of you," I gave them a high five. "Go, get your backpacks."

They did what I asked.

"Okay, give me your hands. If you behave well, I will buy you something from the candy shop."

They got a big smile on their face and nodded very quick.

"What is your favorite candy?" I asked Thomas.

I wanted to ask him some question so I would get to know him better and know what he liked and what he didn't like.

"I love everything. I love lollipops, gummy bears and chocolate." He said.

"And what do you like to watch?"

"Euhm, Spongebob, Finding Nemo and Cars." He said.

That little boy was so cute.

"What do you like to do?"

"I like playing, painting and coloring." He said.

"I like that too." I said in an excited voice.

When I'm with kids my voice changes automatically. It gets higher and it sounds happier.

In the morning I saw that there was a candy shop a few streets away from my house. It was a red store with colorful stickers on the glass.

A paradise for children.

And for me too.

We entered the shop and saw an old man reading the newspaper.

"I'm Thomas." Thomas said immediately.

"I'm Mohammed and this is Dounia." Mo said.

"I'm Alfred. It's very nice to meet you guys." He said while he was smiling.
