"How is she Kaka?" Kulo asked studying the stranger on the ground. Her breathing was regular and even and the visible part of her skin now held a healthy shade nevertheless her body was covered in mud and dirt. She looked like one who went out in the rain to play and jump in the muddy pools of water. Her head was lying on a makeshift bed of leaves.

"She's better. Healing her took a lot of work, now we have to clean her up"

"Erm...Kaka I don't think that's our job" Kona pointed out nervously.

"Look me in the eye and tell me you would want to wake up to your muddy rancid self if you were her."

Kulo looked him straight in the eye and pronounced the words. "I would want to wake up to my muddy rancid self if I were-" he was cut off when Kulo suddenly leapt from his spot and gave him a slap upside behind the head.

"You idiot!", he forced out between teeth, groaning.

"What? you told me to-"

"Never mind Kulo, I should have known. Just run upstream and bring me wash-clothes from the washing area of the river."

Kulo's eyes bugged out. "You want me to go to the washing area where there is bound to be countless females, Kaka are you insane?"

"Look, what's that behind you?" Kona pointed behind Kulo.

Kona turned, "Where?"

Wrong move. Kona slapped the back of Kona's head again."You don't call your big brother insane you idiot"

"Ow!...that's my trick and did you have to do that?", Kulo rubbed the back of his head.

"Get on Kulo. The faster, the better anyways you will fit in just fine."

Kulo gave him a scowl. "What's that suppose to mean?"

Kona smirked, folding his hands across his broad chest."It means you are still a child"

Kulo hated it when people pulled the child card on him. He didn't like it one bit, he believed age should never be used against a child. If someone pushed that button and called him a child, they did nothing but offend him. Children breathed and walked like any other adults and for him, that was enough reason to be equals. Kona pulled that card on purpose and it worked, making him angry.

"I will do whatever you want if you guess any of the thoughts that are currently going through my mind right now correctly Kaka"

Kona studied him for a moment smiling. "Murder?", he stated casually.

He narrowed his eyes. "That was the number one  thought Kaka."

Kona just laughed. "Good luck with that little one, now go get me those wash clothes"

"Did you think it through that I'm not wearing two pieces like them. It would look like I'm walking naked with my bare chest open. I don't want that."

"Wear something then, a large leaf maybe-"

Kulo gasped, "Never !"

"Think of something Kulo, make me proud. I know you're smart"
