The next day Maya and Lucas walked in holding hands, while making sure no one saw. But Riley wasn't there, it was a little weird because Riley had always been to school and been on time. But not today, the next no Riley then another, then another. Maya and Lucas went to Riley's house to visit her, when they got in the house with a spare key they saw note that was left on the counter. Her parents were worried sick. The note said:
To those who are reading this I ran away trying to find someone out there who cares for me, because apparently Maya and her boyfriend just wanted to break my heart, don't try to find me, it's hopeless I do not know where I'm going but I will find my destiny somewhere.
Wrote by, Riley Matthews. "Omg, we have to go find Riley I know where she is", Maya said. So Lucas and Maya went off, by midnight they were already in San Diego. When they heard bushes start to move. The two guys grabbed Lucas and Maya and covered they're mouths. "Your coming with us", the guy said. They brought Maya and Lucas down into a weird cave where there was a bunch of teenagers. "We kidnapped all these people including you guys to form a gang", the guy said. They put Maya and Lucas in little dog houses. "You'll never get away with this you smelly guys", Riley said madly. "Looks like we already have pumpkin", the guy said while smiling with his rotten teeth. "We're saved", Riley and Lucas said. "It's The Rock", Maya exclaimed. He fought the ugly and smelly guys and had all the teenagers run. When Riley Maya and Lucas came back to Riley's house Maya and Lucas apologized for not telling her about starting over. But Lucas and Maya remained together and Riley got together with a guy too. Turns out that Nini and Joshua broke up so Riley has a new boyfriend now, but not for long .....
