~Aera's POV~

Aera : Thanks Eomma-nim. I think I will go now. It's  getting late.

Taehyun's Mom: Yeah, and I won't let you go alone. Taehyun will go with you as well.

Before I could even say something, she called him to get me home. I said goodbye to them and stepped outside the house.

Minutes passed, we didn't talk. Suddenly he spoke up,

"I just stole a brownie, Toha doesn't know."

I melted at his cuteness. I really had the urge to laugh.

Taehyun : Hey-- Don't laugh! It's your fault that you made something I love!

Aera : you can also have it. "Dumb"

I said the last word under my breath.

Taehyun : I knew it!!!!!

He cheered up  loudly making me jolt up.

Aera : What did you know?

Taehyun : It's for me.

Aera : Want me to call Toha?

Taehyun : Wow, so you're blackmailing me?

Aera : What if I'm?

He got silent. We continued walking. After some time he spoke up again,

Taehyun : What if I eavesdropped over you and Eomma?

Aera : I'm glad that you're still walking with me.

Taehyun : .........

Aera :So......we're here... Thanks for walking me home. Now you should get back!

Taehyun : Kai likes Amy.

Aera : What the- where did that come from?

Taehyun : Suddenly wanted to let you know!

Aera : Kai....Huening Kai Sunbae?!

Taehyun : Since art exhibition.

Aera : ........

Taehyun : Are you going to be overprotective sister?

Aera: ........

I was still in shock. Amy just yesterday told me that she finds Kai sunbae cute. HE LiKES HER TOO?!!!!!!

Taehyun : Do you have something with confessions?

Aera : What do you mean?

Taehyun : You always speak well, until someone brings up a confession.

I suddenly remembered that night. My checks heated up.

Taehyun : Have you been transformed into robot?

Aera : N-no... It's-- It's your fault!

Taehyun : What did I do?

Why did you remind me of that night?
I couldn't even sleep all night. Now you expect me to stay calm?

Aera : Y-you can ask Amy.. Why m-me?

Taehyun : Did you forget your brain at my place?

Aera : H-huh? WHAT!

Taehyun : What will I ask Amy?

Aera : About-- about Kai sunbae!

Taehyun : Why would I?

Aera : Why me then?

Taehyun : So you're telling me if Kai had proposed Amy you wouldn't mind, when I also know everything?

Aera : ........

He sighed at my awkward self.

Taehyun : Speak up Aera.

Aera : I......mean.....yeah...it's nice of you to let me know...but...but you shouldn't have surprised me! What if I had fainted?!!

He gave a small smirk. I got confused, what's with that?
He moved closer to me. Once again, I got stuck and  couldn't move myself.

Taehyun : As you didn't faint that day, I knew you'd handle it today.

He backed away, starting to walk towards his way.

Did he just tease me?! I won't let him go today!

Aera : C-come back!

He turned back and walked slowly towards me.

Taehyun : Afraid to stay alone?

Aera : What?!

Taehyun : Amy isn't home, forgot?

I blushed like crazy. I couldn't take it anymore. I pushed him lightly away from me.

Aera : I'm N-NOT  afraid! I'm brave!

I looked away from him.

Suddenly I felt something on my neck which made me jump and step away while yelling.

Aera : YAH, WHO'S TH-

Taehyun bursted out laughing. I didn't even understand what was that. He hold up his hand in front of me showing a leaf.

Really?!!!! I was scared because of that?!!!!!!!

Aera : Um...Y-YAH!!! Don't laugh! It was sudden!

He controlled himself.

Taehyun : Everything happens sudden Aera. A ghost won't text you before coming!

I wasn't actually a believer of ghost. But his teasing wasn't helping. I was embarrassed.
Maybe he noticed me pouting.

Taehyun : Okay okay, I'm sorry.

I was still mad at him. So I didn't look at him.

Taehyun : Aera? Are you really mad?

Aera :  ......

Taehyun : Aera? Say something?

Aera:   .......

I really wanted to see what he does. So I wanted to keep this for a while.

Taehyun : Okay scold me.

Aera : ........

Taehyun: Aera yaa~

Aera : It's late. Go to home.

Taehyun : At least say a goodbye?

Aera : .......

Taehyun : Are you that mad?

Aera : Eomma-nim will worry. Go back.

I was going to walk away from him. But he hold my wrist making me stop.

Taehyun : Please....I'm sorry.

Aera : ........

I wasn't looking at him. Many seconds passed. Maybe he wanted me to say something.

Aera : It's O---

I was cut off. He back hugged me once again.

Taehyun : Did I scare you that bad?

I had to speak up. I can't stay quiet.

Aera : I-I was p-pretending... I'm not m-mad.

Taehyun: Huh??

He made me look at him. I turned around to look at him which made us really close to each other's face.
He was confused.

Aera : I'm not m-mad.

He gave a light hit on my forehead and parted away.

Taehyun : You're lately being so childish.

I looked down, somehow amused.

"Good night, sleep well."

He walked away. I saw his figure slowly getting smaller.

Will I sleep?
