He Just Changed?

Samus' POV

Once I got in the eatery or whatever I saw Zelda and told her about Peach. She was happy and then she got some food. We took a seat and I took her fruit cup. I took a glance at Ike once more to see him get up and he walked over to the exit....Zelda must have seen me because once I looked back at her she had a sly grin on her face that spread from once side to the other.

"What?" I said

"You and him?"

"What? ew no..."

"Why were you peeking at him then?"

"I wasn't, He looked suspicious. That's all. Unlike you princesses I don't need love" I said with my eyes closed and popping a grape in my mouth.

She looked at me with a disapproving look.

"And what makes you think we need love?"

"Peach?"

"Besides her...."

"You always have a savior.....I don't...."

"so you want one?"

"NO! I'm capable of fighting on my own without help.."

"Well Some other people don't think that!" She said with a slight giggle

"What?" Just as I said that Captain Falcon and Snake walked up to us.

"Oh Samus your looking much lovely today in that beautiful Zero suit!" Said Snake

"Also your lovely long hair!" Said Captain Falcon as he tried to touch it but I slapped his hand away. He made a really sad face as he held his hand. I did not regret that if your wondering!

"Thanks for your lame compliments but they don't flattery me and so....,.why don't you give up like Roy did and try to be perverted to some other girl....." I said coldly

"Oh! Playing hard to get are we?" Said Snake

"I love that!" Said Captain Falcon

I sighed and put my face in my hands

" So samus do you know why they call me Solid Snake?" Said Snake once again

"No Snake I do not...And frankly I don't care" I said

"It's because i'm solid during alone time" He said with a wink

I looked up at him and said "That was the lamest pick up line ever....."

"But it got you to look at me" he said with another wink

"My turn!" Said Captain Falcon and he pushed Snake out the way.

"Don't you want to touch these?" He said pointing to his abs

"No, that wasn't even a pick up line! Even Snake knew what a pick up line was. You guys are such idiots...." I said with a face palm while snake looked proud of himself and captain falcon got mad

Now Zelda was over there just laughing up a storm. I made a help me face at her.

"Oh! So guys....Samus was saying that she didn't need love so what do you guys think about that?" She said

Now I was staring full daggers at her right now.

"Oh Samus how could you say that? You need someone to save you and caress you and cuddle with you at night! I'd gladly be that guy!" Said Captain Falcon

"See this is why I don't need love" I told Zelda

"Yes samus.....Your to beautiful to not be with anyone! Especially with those huge-" Said Snake

"Yea let me stop you right there....you know what? Show me that you are worthy to be my man" I said with a smirk and I sat cross legged watching them fight. Zelda was in awe at how I can control these fools.

"They are like little dancing dogs!" I told Zelda while smiling

"Dancing Dogs?" They both said. "Sure! Anything for you Samus" They both said at the same time

Then they got on their knees and started barking and dancing like COMPLETE IDIOTS!! IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE!

I laughed till my stomach hurt. So did everyone else.

"Remember don't stop till I tell you to!

"Sure Samus!" They both barked

When I looked up I saw Ike look at me. When did he come in the room? Anyway I imminently stopped laughing and looked at his deep  eyes with that scowl he always wears. He was so different last night.....it was like he forgot....or he didn't care he was like a complete different person. Did he just change? What the hell Ike? For those few seconds it was we were in slow motion. Then it went back to normal. Everyone was laughing but Ike and I. I needed some training time....why am I even letting him get to my head? UHHH.....-_-

With that I got up and sighed. Without anyone noticing I went to the training grounds or room. And guess who was there? If you guessed Ike you were right. Good I can talk to him and see if he is really being weird.

I started punching my punching bag.

"Hey" he said

"Hi..." I replied

"So what did you do to your 'pets'?"

"What?"

"You know what"

"Oh, They were just being...well them"  That earned me a laugh

And so we talked...I don't know how to say this but.....it was kinda funny how this guy actually got me. I don't LIKE him but in a way I think of him as a valuable person does he think the same as me? Well I doubt that. I guess that will be something that we ill find out. It's weird...I find myself close to some guy....like I did Adam and he....left...he is in a better place now though. I just don't want that to happen to anyone of us.....I won't say it but I love my friends and value their existence....

All of a sudden we hear loud sound and smoke. I look at Ike and we run up the stairs. What is that? What does it want? Grrrr....i sped up.
