Macey
Hey! It's me, James Franco. I know what you are probably thinking.
"why the hell are you narrating a teenage girls life?!" Well, I sorta want to know too.
Anyways, this is Macey Stuart. She isn't the most popular girl in school, but she isn't a complete looser. I'm surprised her and her friends aren't popular. They are what some would call, "pretty people that yet no one pays attention to."
Her friend group consists of:
Jordan Walsh. A fifteen year old boy with the perfect family and house, but is the gay kid in school that hasn't come out to his family, for a number of reasons.
Quinn Rodriguez. A fifteen year old girl who lives with her dad and siblings since her mom decided to split when she was three. Damn.
Noah Jacobs. You guessed it, another fifteen year old boy. He lives with both of his parents and sister. His dad wants him to play football but he is more interested in music. I know what it sounds like, Archie Andrews. But that is a different show.
And then there is Macey Stuart. She lives with her mom and brother due to her father passing away a couple years back. He was a firefighter saving their neighbor from a fire. She survived, he didn't. Double damn
Well, that's the crew, or whatever kids call it these days.
This particular story starts out in the place every fifteen year old kid dreaded the most, high school. And to make matters worse, it was the first day of sophomore year.
. . .
"Did you do it?" Quinn asked Jordan as they walked down the sidewalk.
"Nope." Noah said as he walked up to the two, laying his arms around their shoulders.
"Typical." Macey muttered as she approached her friends.
"Don't be like that, I just got nervous." Jordan argued.
"Yeah, whatever." Quinn replied sarcastically.
They had already went through this fiasco many times before; Jordan promising he would tell his family about his sexuality and then Jordan coming up with some lame excuse right before he tells them.
"So, Macey. How did you sleep, you seem tired as hell?" Noah asked.
"Today is the first day of school and I knew that yesterday, do I need to explain?" Macey responded.
They soon approached the courtyard, seeing familiar and not-so familiar faces. They soon saw the hot pocket. This is where all of the most attractive and popular guys sit.
Quinn started to fix her hair, "How do I look?" She asked Macey.
"Good, as usual." Macey replied, a small sigh escaping her lips.
She slipped her hands into her jean jacket, seeming pretty hopeless at the moment. She had given up trying to acquire any guy from the hot pocket freshman year. Quinn still tried, though. Mostly because even though she wasn't popular, all the guys still drooled over her. And even though Noah wasn't popular, all the girls drooled over him. Let's face it, they are the hot ones of the group.
"One day, sis, one day." Jordan said dramatically, putting a hand on Macey's shoulder and another on his chest.
Macey rolled her eyes.
Soon, the guy she had been waiting to see approached the hot pocket. Paxton Hall- Yoshida. Her face lit up at the site of his chiseled jawline.
I'm allowed to say that, okay?
