Kakashi's POV

You woke up in (Y/N)'s bed.
Sitting up you ran your fingers on the back on your neck. You were smiling to the memories of last night. You decided to get up and find (Y/N) who conveniently enough walked in the room holding a tray.

"Breakfast?" Her sweet smile and a faint blush on her cheeks were giving away her feelings for you.

You took the tray from her and held her hand guiding her on the bed.
You looked into her eyes and exhaled softly, "You're so beautiful."

With a bright red face she lifted her finger to poke your nose and smiled with her eyes closed, "I was going to say the same to you."

She was infact the first woman you unmasked your face to. Of course, she took the chance to make you feel special. Beaty sees beauty after all.

",Sens- .. Kakashi?" She mumbled making you chuckle.

"Yes, (Y/N)?"

"We slept in. It's almost noon."
You pulled up your mask looking outside the window.

She started playing with her hair and spoke "I have to go see Sasuke Uchiha. The Academy is closed for today, so he must be home."

You looked up at her, "Sasuke?"

She began to explain but stuttered while doing it. "Th-The Hokage has asked me to check up on his training and diet wherever I am around."

You raised a brow. "You of all people? Has this got something to do with you being half Uchiha?"

"I-I guess." She stuttered again breaking the eye contact.
You've known her for years but there was something about her that indicated that she was hiding something. Maybe you were just assuming. As such, she cannot have hidden intentions behind going to meet a boy. You shook the feeling off and have her hand a squeeze.

"Can we meet again tonight?" You gave her a smile to which she relaxed.
"Of course! I'd love to spend as much time as I have with you before I leave again."

You both ate in silence, exchanging warm glances. Soon you were outside her door ready to part ways.

"Well, I'll be jealous of Sasuke the whole day." You gave her a smirk.
She elbowed your arm, "I'll see you tonight."

You grabbed her arm before she could walk away.
"(Y/N)?"

"Yes, Kakashi?" She looked back up at you.

You started sweating and thought to yourself, "I want to tell her that I love her. I want to ask her to be my partner. But this is not the right way to propose. I must think of a way-"

Your thoughts were interrupted by her. "Kakashi?"

You tried to cover up. "Yes, I-I just wanted to say that I can't wait to see you tonight."
"Me neither." She smiled and turned to be on her way.

You were walking home thinking about last night. You had never spent a night next to a woman before. You knew you never intended to share this feeling with anyone else. (Y/N) was the one and only.

You shrugged, "I wonder if my luck is going to change. If I finally had a chance at love, and perhaps, a family. It would be an honor to be (Y/N)'s partner. Although," you stopped walking.
"I don't know how to portray my feelings to her."

This time, you were thinking out loud.
"I must take advice." You rubbed your chin. "But who can help me?"
