Chapter 05

'oh yeah! now i remember, siya yung pumasok sa klase nung first day ko na may kung anong amoy. And coincidentally, nakatabi ko pa'

As my mind was roaming somewhere, dinala ako ng aking mga paa sa mini garden.

*phone ringing

"nathan, umuwi ka nang maaga ngayon. We'll have an important dinner with the vestres, you HAVE to be there" my sis said then hunged up the phone.

she's always like that, para daw sigurado.

"sigh~" naiutal ko habang ibinabalik ang cellphone ko sa aking bulsa.

'i have a bad feeling about this dinner.

anyway, malapait nang magbelle kailangan ko nang pumunta sa next class.'

I thought as i walk where the classroom was.

"you're late" maauthoridad na sabi ni dad, for sure he's fuming mad.

"yeah, didn't notice the time" i said, pshh what an excuse nathan, well done!

-heh! notice the sarcasm?no? whatever-

"you're one month grounded! and deduce half of your pocket money! no make that 75%!"

"pshh, are you done?" i asked him

hindi ko na hinintay ang sagot niya dahil halata naman sa kanyang mukha na kailangan ko nang umalis, baka magkabugbugan pa kami.

so i started walking away, walking towards my bedroom.

*knock knock knock

"hey, you shouldn't have been rude you know" my sis said as she opened the door and peeped at my room, not entering yet.

I just looked at her, not saying a thing. We weren't that close with each other to tell her what's on my mind freely.

"hey..." she said and finally entered my room, coming closer to me and sat at the chair near my desk.

"what?" tanong ko sa kanya, as i comfortably laid on my bed making my hands as pillow.

"can't you apologize to dad? it wouldn't hurt to say sorry you know?" sabi niya, halatang halata sa kanyang boses at ekspresyon sa mukha na nag aalala siya.

I just laid there, not respoding to her.

I don't know why but...

i seem so tired
