I stood up from my bed and stretched so hard that my back and shoulders popped. I turned to my body mirror and looked at how beautiful I was. " You look homeless..." I said out loud. I spun around and skipped out to my kitchen when I turned on my favorite song. I danced a bit while I got breakfast and then I walked back to my room. Living alone sucks, I thought. I grabbed random thing and out them together I looked into my body mirror and smiled at myself.

I smiled at myself, and walked out the door to head to school. I met up with my best friend, Layla. She smiled at me and grabbed my hand. " We're home be late!" I ran with her the wind catching my hair at one point. "Dude chill." I laughed as we stopped, she turned back and smiled at me. "Sorry." We separated and went to our classes. I sat down when someone tapped my shoulder. "Sorry no Losers here..." I laughed and took out my book. "I could care less." I said taking my pencil. " You're in your twenties or are and still this shitty, did daddy not give you love or did her just up and leave?" A hand went across my face and I stood up. " Don't ever talk about my father!" The girl yelled. " Then don't be a petty bitch." I said annoyed now. I turned around and sat back down. Ridiculous, I thought rolling my eyes. (after school!) I ran to Layla and she hugged me. " Gee I really missed you!" She said hugging me again. I grabbed her hand and snuck out to the back of the school. We sat there and talked for an hour before we realized lunch break was over. " Shit~" I yelled getting up and grabbing Layla's hand. We took off to the front and I shoved her through the doors. "You two!" I looked back to see a teacher and then stood up. "This is college chill!" She pointed at me and I smirked and took off to a classroom. I busted open the door and the whole class looked at us. I made a small salute and took off the other way. I heard a teacher shout and opened the door. " They're so uptight!" I yelled pulling Layla across the street. I looked around and saw a cab, I called it over and we jumped inside. " I guess we will be missing today." I laughed, Layla smiled but looked worried. " What's wrong? It's just college nothing bad will happen." It looked as if she was gonna say something but stopped. " Yeah..." She looked out the window and seemed paranoid, I out my hand in hers and smiled. " It's okay." She nodded and we ended up at a park. I hopped out and paid the guy, he smiled at me and drove off. I wrapped my arm around Layla and she smiled at me. She kept looking around and it kinda scared me. " What's going on?" A small laugh came from her and she looked at me nervous. "It's nothing I'm just trying to scare you." She said poking my side. I cringed a d smacked her hand away pulling her back to my side. " I love you, Layla." She looked at me and smacked my back, knocking the air out of my mouth. " I love you too!" We began to laugh when I bumped into someone. " Sorry!" I said, he didn't turn around and kept walking shady as shit. I rolled my eyes and caught up to Layla. She put her arm around my waist and I put mine around her shoulders and we walked around, looking at everything. We stopped at a shop and I pulled her inside. " Hello~" a shop keeper called. I waved and we walked I to one of the isles. "Pick." She looked at all the snacks and chose a small bag of chips. I smiled at her. " Hey why don't you head out and I'll pay?" She nodded and walked out. I grabbed the bigger bag of the chips and paid. "Here..." I said handing it to her. She smiled at me and we linked arms. We began to walk when I looked at the time. " We should get home before the creeps come out." "Yeah~" we laughed and started walking to the west side. (40 min later!) " Okay, I will see you tomorrow...do your homework!" She nodded at me and kissed my cheek. I felt my heart skip a beat and I felt myself go red. "I lo-" a kiss was plastered on my lips and I felt my knees get weak. This girl, my friend and my crush just kissed me. I wrapped my arms around her as she held my face in her hands. We pulled away and I felt my soul leave my body. "I love you too." I turned around my heel as she shut the door. "Yes!!" I whispered. I felt like I was just sent to heaven and it felt real. I began to walk when I heard people whisper. " Have you heard of that theif or killer I can't remember." "Yeah~ she looks like a boy...they can't find her." My heart stopped and I looked at them. " I wonder where she is." " I don't know." I continued to walk when I saw a girl that looked familiar. I then remembered my dream. " Who is Maihua?" I thought. "She's good looking but damn I've never seen her before." I ran the rest of the way home and stopped just before I opened my door. "Weird though, a killer?" I opened my door and looked at my TV. I sighed and turned it on. My mouth dropped to the floor as a picture popped up. " No way!"
