"Ooh why he gotta say that!?" I seethed as I walked home. I grunted in anger and kicked a rock. I exhaled sharply.

Guess I'll go home, accept that I'm going to be disowned, and go on my merry way. Whatever that is.

When I went home, literally nobody was there. No one.

I went into the dining room. The case was gone. I sighed in despair.

My phone vibrated. It was Indra texting me.

"Come talk to me." He said.

I sighed and rolled my eye.

"Later!" I replied.

I looked around. Maybe I should text Mom and tell her I'm here, but then I probably won't be allowed to leave the house again.

I sighed again.

Then I just decided to go back to Indra's.

"Went home, no one was there. Left again." I texted Mom when I got to Indra's door. I turned my phone off and knocked on the door.

Indra opened the door and I walked in.

"Everyone disappeared." I turned to him, "what do you want?" I asked as if I hadn't screamed at him not too long ago.

"I wasn't saying I wouldn't have sex with you because I'm afraid." Indra cut to the chase. "I said what I said because I know you aren't ready. Or comfortable."

"It's not that I'm uncomfortable or unready." I looked to the side.

"I just...well I don't know what I am."

"I mean, if I wasn't so fucked up I'd fuck the living daylights outta you!" I laughed.

Indra walked around me and sat on the couch perfectly still. I'm surprised he didn't get all flustered.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"I'm just gonna sit here." He responded.

"God you're weird." I mumbled and sat on the sofa opposite of him.

I looked at him. "But anyway, why does everything always have to be about sex?" I asked.

"Not everything is always about sex. This is just the area where you and I struggle to communicate."

"We aren't struggling." I protested.

"Luc, you say you're not uncomfortable, that you're ready, but then you freak out." Indra said.

"Something's keeping you down."

"Might not be a good time to use that word." I mumbled.

"Don't you want to get to the root of the problem?" Indra asked.

I tilted my head and sarcastically asked, "are you hosting a therapy session?"

Indra narrowed his fingers to say "a little." I nodded.

Hours passed and we weren't getting anywhere.

"Damn it! I shouted.

It was getting dark out and I was getting frustrated. Indra stayed perfectly calm.

I pointed at him. "Wait a minute, you already know what the problem is, don't you?"

"You're playing the role of the therapist so of course you know."

I stomped over to him, "spill!"

"No." Indra refused. I growled at him and pulled away.

"Alright fine." Indra said. He stood up.
