Time flew by, and before we knew it, Nicholas and Melissa were getting married. Julian managed to escape, but he learned his lesson. Melissa and Julian became friends, Julian promised to never try to kill Nicholas. Nicholas promised to never try to kill Julian, and Melissa promised Nicholas that she'd never cheat with Julian. Why? One, Melissa only thought of Julian as a friend, and two, Julian was already happily married to a woman named Kareli.
