The Skater Girl

Chapter 3

POV Jolie.

Looking at my outfit I smiled. Today I wore my lucky locket. A blue tank top, short denim shorts and some vans. I laughed at how right now John and Kim would say I'd look ' so totally hawt' I smiled. If being a stranger didn't count for anything, at least i was an attractive stranger. hah.

Hoping on my board, I roamed. Even a blind man could see that all eyes lingered on me longer then necessary .

The streets were suprisingly smooth. And from what i could tell, i should in the future break out my long board, or penny instead. Cruising was my life. Tricks were only a way to pass the time.

Deciding I was hungry I went into a place called "Sunset Diner". 

The place looked like home was its theme and the smell made my mouth water. Walking into the place I took notice of how this place was pretty busy. As of right now, there was a group of teens boys and girls mixed that seemed around my age eating at a table. Then there was a group of stick thin blond girls at one table giving me dirty looks. What ever. There was also an elderly couple sitting next to eachother.

I sat in a booth at the middle to the back of the store. People were already looking so why not. After looking over my choices carefully, A waitress came up to me. Her name tag read Tammy.

" Hi I'm Tammy! I don't think I've seen you around here doll!", she smiled.

I smiled. I held my hand out to her and her aged hands shook mine.

" That's because I'm new. I'm Jo."

She smiled. " Well Jo what would you like to order"

I smiled. Excitingly i gushed " French fries!"

She laughed and walked away. I realized a lot of people were now looking at me. I felt a faint tint of red rush into my cheeks. Being new was awful.

POV Hunter Grey

My group of friends were laughing. I smiled easily loving life as it was. Everything was great in this little town. My friend, Jeff started talking in a hushed voice.

"Did you guys here about the new girl?"

Simultaneously we all shook our heads yes. There were millions of stories about her. It wasn't often we got a new kid around here. Sun Town was very closed off.

Jeff spoke once more. " Look who just entered the Cafe..." he said with a suggestive smile.

Looking towards the entrance i saw a unfamiliar face. She was average height with long tan legs. She had a tiny waste and long honey brown blonde hair. Her eyes had a captivating blue green tint to it. She was just beautiful to look at. This was stupid coming from my mouth considering I have a girl friend. She looked my way and we locked eyes. Her face let no emotion show. She just smiled a little and turned away to a seat.

" I'm gunna talk to her!" Jeff said.

Swiftly Jeff got on his feet and started making his way to her. Wow, he's an idiot.

POV Jolie.

" Hi there! So what's your name?" he said.

I stared at him in confusion. This tall blond haired blue eyed cutie just walked up and sat in front of me. 

"My name is Jo. What about you?"

" People call me Jeff." Jeff said.

I smiled realizing a group of his friends were staring this way. I decided to tease him knowing this should be fun.

" So Jeff. What made you come over here?" I smiled flirtatiously.

" We'll uh... You're very..." He became more and more nervous.

" Pretty. New. Foreign. Hot." I bit my lip while saying this. This was too easy.

"Uh... Yeah." Jeff cleared his throat.

Casually I leaned over the table giving him a sexy look. I put my mouth close to his ear and sweetly whispered,

"Your friends over there are starting to look... Maybe we should give them something to stare at."

His eyes turned to big saucers. He started blushing as I brought my face closer to his. He puckered his lips thinking I was going to kiss him. Instead I took a French fry and shoved it in his mouth. His eyes popped open and the look on his face killed me! I started laughing hysterically as did his group of friends.

I smiled and began, "Listen Jeff... It was cool messing with you but I have to - "

Jeff cut me off... " oh! Your good. Come on. Let me introduce you to the crew..."

I smiled lazily and said, " fine." Grabbing my arm he dragged me over to the table filled with unfamiliar faces.

POV Hunter Grey

Watching the scene unfold was quite hilarious. It was obvious she was teasing him and I could help but gain respect for her. If I were a girl and someone like him walked up to me id probably punch him in the face. Instead she toyed with his emotions and embarrassed him. I will admit, at first she had even me fooled. I wondered what her name was.  Oh no, is she coming over here?

"Hey man, are they coming over here?" I asked My friend hank.

Hank replied.... "Dude! I hope!"

And she came closer. And my heart sped.

POV Jolie

I got closer and closer. My heart beating fast. I'm only human of course. Was everyone in this town a Guess Model?
