POV Jolie's
Looking at the school, I analyzed everything. The school was practically extracted from a movie. The mascot which was a dolphin, was plastered everywhere. The large green yard was packed with people. I never truly realized how many teens actually lived In sun town. I'm not quite sure what I expected. Maybe a one floor school with peeling paint and a musty smell. This was the exact opposite.
This school was what looked to be about 3 stories high with a walk on roof, a balcony, and a large football and track field. The high school was pulsing with life. Groups of friends sat out front. And the cliques were not hard to find out about either.
Looking to my left a group of jocks surrounded a group of cheerleaders. I wasn't surprised to find Claire in a cheer outfit and Hank and Jeff decked out in their jerseys. Hunter had already made his way towards the group. Meanwhile, I had managed to look like a complete weenie by standing out in the front while staring at everyone. Because that is what normal people do. Sarcasm...
Laughing at my joke silently, I made my way over. I tried to stay un known because who likes to be the new kid. The kind that on their first day of school is all shy and expecting people to stare. Yeahh... About that. That will not ever be me.
Claire ran to hug me and as I came closer and got a better view of the group, I saw Lindsey to. I kid you not , her cheer skirt showed both buttcheeks and what makes it worst was that there were little pieces of toilet paper coming out from the bottom of the shorts.
I sorta ran over behind her. Sure I dislike the girl but no one deserves to be humiliated by something as small as toilet paper bits stuck to a butt. I mean come on! I have a tendency to be nice to people who honestly don't deserve it. Exhibit A, being Daxton or Dax for short , my ex amazingly handsome boyfriend who dumped me for Lindsay. Exhibit B, the ice queen herself, and exhibit C , my very own dad.
All in All, they're all very long stories. Lindsey still had no clue so at that point I decided to text Claire.
Jo: Claire! Help come over next to me. Make it discreet.
It took a second for Claire to reply.
Claireeee: okay! *initiate ninja status*
She then started running my way and pulled me in for a hug. As we were spinning mid hug I informed her of the situation and she blew a gasket laughing.
" OH WOW!" Claire continued to laugh loud. I gave her a "shush - your - mouth- your - causing attention" face and she let out a final giggle with a nod of her head.
Lindsay was now sitting on Hunter's lap and she was grinding her butt along him. I felt bad for Hunter's pants... Saving her any further embarrassment Claire went up to Lindsey and politely asked her to show me the bathroom since I was new.
Lindsey was obviously un amused. She walked with a strut managing to flake some flecks of paper away. Claire walked behind her and I pretended to look lost. After five minutes of holding my breath we finally arrived at the bathroom. She paused and before Lindsey could complain, Claire opened the door and I quickly dragged her into the bathroom. Luckily for us no one was in there.
Lindsey started yelling thinks like, " Ahhh! Oh my gosh! Ewwww!" And before she could say anything else we informed her of the situation an her whole face turned a bright red. She looked angry and shocked and embarrassed all at once.
After finishing cleaning her self the right way in the stall she looked into my face and Claire's and for a second I saw the real Lindsey.
" uhm... Thanks." With that she hiked her skirt up to we're it was before and walked out the bathroom.
I exited too, thinking about everything. Claire stood shocked yet quickly covered it with a smile.
We decided to meet with the group. It only took about five minutes of joking around until my name was blaring out the speakers.
" I forgot I have to get my schedule and crap!" I yelped making everyone laugh. I ran away and tried to find the office.
School hadn't even started yet but it was already eventful.
POV unknown
I heard her name through the speakers and my heart dropped. She was the new girl everyone was talking about? Are you kidding. Here I stood at my locker dazed and confused.
I was whipped out of my shock when something ran by me. Her long honey colored hair flowed behind her. I realized something at that moment. Life hates me and, I hate myself for the things I did. Seeing her awoke forgotten emotions I tried so hard to bury.
