Chapter 1

Chapter one.

POV Jolie

"Jojo, Get your butt back here before I call your father..."

I used my leg to push me further down the pavement, slowly but surely gaining speed. Off in the distance I could still here my mother's cries. I would eventually come back. I just needed space. My mom had never really been one to set me down. That was of course until today when she gave me the news. Her voice was ringing in my head loud and clear at the moment.

"We're moving... "

Sighing, I stopped skating. I ended up at my High school. Even on Saturday, it was full. Taking long strides, my honey brown blondish hair swayed. My sun tanned skin and bright blue green eyes scanned the place. Where are they? Where are they? My vision fixed on my best friends John and Kim. Both guys. Getting back on my board, I swam through the air to get to the.

" Joe!" , John yelled. I pulled a genuine smirk. " Thing One. Thing Two."  They laughed. Smiling I said, " aren't you forgetting something!" I got in position. As did they, in a few short moments we were all in position. We were in a public place... People were staring... We were idiots. All the requirements fulfilled. I began, " REUNITED AND IT FEEEELS SO..." Then I did my seductive smirk, pointed to John and Awaited his finish, " GOOOOOD." he sang obnoxiously.  John and Kim were full on smiling. It was Kim's turn now, faking drama he belted , " ALLLLL THROUUUGH THE DAYYYY, ALLL THROUGH THEEEE NIGHTTT." And i made the big finish of pulling them both into a hug.

People were used to our childish antics. By then we had gained quite the crowd. People were in hysterics. Whenever we were around a group of people we promised no mater who it was we'd act like self absorbed idiots. It was ridiculous but it was our thing. It is what made us like the three musketeers. It was gonna be terrible having to leave them behind. 

" listen guys..." My best friends were all ears . " I uh. I have to move soon." In shock they stared at me. These boys were my life, i was fearful of what they might add. Kim spoke first. "When..." He tapped his foot like he had always done when enlightened with important news.

Bluntly i said, " Tommorow." John's jaw dropped, both of my other halves looked as if i had cried murder. They deserved to know the truth. The truth was I'd be gone in a few days and it would suck. John asked the next question. " where?" I smiled sadly and whispered, " some lame cliche place called Sun Town. In Cali. Like what type of idiot place has the name Sun town." I tried to lighten the mood. it didnt work exactly. " At least your going to be driving distance. I used to live there. I visit there a lot! So we won't completely lose touch! "

I smiled and hugged them both. Each of their muscly arms wrapping around my tiny waste. I was definitely going to miss them. Kim and John were home to me. The figures in my live that ade me thankful for waking up every  morning. The reason i was who i call myself to be today. Part of the reason i had the tendency to be so lamely dorkish.

Today, and the following to come would be long and sleepless.
