chapter 24

Elli's p.o.v

I watched amazed as Onix parted from the girl. She giggled afterwards. The Onix picked her up and set her on the top of his head

      Everybody ran to Onix except for Bonnie and me. I held her protectively. I felt something wrap around my waist.

    Before I knew it I was thrown into the air. I laughed as I fell back down and slid all the down it's tail.

     Bonnie was thrown into the air too. We all played for a long time.

   Timeskip

   By the time we finished it was time for bed. When I finished tucking the last kid in I walked over to Onix. "Why did you take us? "

    Onix lifted his head to my face so our eye met. When they did I understood everything. "Oh...that's why." I muttered and walked to a corner.

     I layer down and fell asleep.

    General p.o.v

   Clemont walked around looking for Bonnie when they walked in. When he saw her sleeping with some other kids he shook her awake.

   Ash and Pikachu saw Elli behind Onix. It was hard to get around because Onix took up the whole cave.

     when they finally came their way around Ash shook Elli awake. "We're getting you guys out of here." He whispered getting her up.

    "I'm not leaving. " Elli said sternly.

    Both Ash and Pikachu's jaws dropped. "What do you mean?! " He whisper/screamed.

     "Onix's trainer abandoned him. He's been here ever since. Onix brought us here because -"

    Onix woke up and roared to the unwelcomed guests. All of the kids woke up scared.

  "What's going on?" A boy asked.

    "Onix calm down." I yelled trying to get him to his happy place. He thrashed around the cave trying to get to the kids.

     He threw sand at all of us. I started to feel sleepy.

   "I feel like a nap. What about you guys?" I asked.

    Before I could get and answer I fell to the ground and fainted.
