Badly timed confessions

A/N:From here on out it's just headcannons and really wishful thinking for our two lovable dorks.So you have been warned.

It happened on a day like any other.Due to the recent escalation in the conflict between heroes and villains Mr Aizawa had given his students tasks to aid in its resolution.For Kirishima and Ashido specifically,because of the destructive natures of their quirks,were tasked with destroying abandoned factories in the west parts of Japan.This was in hopes of destroying potential villain bases.Bakugo and Todoroki were given the same job but in the north.So the duos set off.

A few hours later

"Wow,this place is a dump."Ashido noted and Kirishima nodded in agreement.She wasn't wrong.The facades of the buildings looked much older then they probably were,due to basically falling of it,the windows were broken and the metal doors were rusted."Well better get to it,right?","Right."

The two were just about to finish up when they heard footsteps behind them.Very loud ones.They turned to see an immensily tall man .Gigantamachia.The two heroes in training were shocked.How the fuck was he here? Last time they checked he was in prison.The villain turned his gaze towards Ashido before trying to stomp on her.Luckily she dodged out of the way.Her and Eijiro looked at eachother ,silently agreeing that their best option for now is to run and find a safe place to come up with a plan.They got out of the tall mans sight and got into an almost in tact building.They were both exausted and panting heavily.

"Why the hell is he after me?","To be fair you were the reason he ended up in prison.","True.So how are we going to get out of this one?","No idea.But we'll come up with something I'm sure.","Let's hope.In case we don't though I have something to tell you.","And that is?","I have a crush on you.".The sturdy heros eyes went wide in suprise."You're serious?","Eijirou we're in a life and death situation.You really think I have the energy or the will to be joking right now?"she said with a breathy laugh."So you are serious."he said leaning into the wall."Mhh."she hummed looking at anything but him.Kirishima let the realization fully settle in.The girl he likes likes him back .It was almost funny how bad the timing was.But the fact was still there nonetheless ."Honestly,same.","Huh?"Mina asked turning her face towards him."I have a crush on you too.","Really?","Would I lie?","Good point.".The two briefly chuckled to themselves.The situation was so ridiculous,the circumstances so apsurd ,that it couldn't be helped."You know after this I think you owe Uraraka an apology for calling her oblivious."he said looking at her with a smirk on his face."And you owe one to Kaminari for calling him a chicken for not confessing to Jiro.","Yeah.....So any ideas?","Hmmm.Well we haven't destroyed everything yet.","Oh.So you think we should bring one of those buildings down?","Two.","So he's traped from both sides?","Exactly."

"Thank you officer.","No,thank you.If it wasn't for you two taking action this would be a lot harder.".The police took him away soon after.After they left,Mina and Eijiro took a sigh of relief."That plan...","...actually worked.".They both scoffed."That was crazy.","Yeah...So....How long?","How long what?","How long have you liked me for ?","Mina are you seriously asking me that after we just defeated a villain?","Yes,yes I am."she said giving him a smug grin,putting one hand on his shoulder and letting the other one snake to the back of his neck,leaning in rather close."Your priorities are really wrong.You know that,right?" he said cheeks colored crimson."Yeah I do.Now,tell me.","Fine.Since middle school.","Great.See,was that so hard?"she said leaning back slightly,a smirk on her face."No.And neither is this."he said wrapping an arm around her waist bringing her chest to chest,causing her cheeks to change colour to more of a magenta as apose to their usual bubblegum pink as he tilted her chin up ."Neither is wha..Mmmph."she said before his lips covered hers.For the first few seconds she was stiff from the suprise,but she eased into it,her shoulders slacking and eyes closing.

Both of them were reeling.Bodies on fire and minds blank.Adrenaline still high from the previous events.Only taking brief breaths in between their kisses,each one more passionate than the last.Until they heard all too familiar yelling not too far off.

"WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TWO EXTRAS DOING?!".They turned to see Bakugo bearing all fury of hell within him.Todoroki was standing next to him,walking over to congratulate the two.They thanked him,still in eachothers personal spaces.And that was only the first of one of their best days in their new life as a couple.But that's for another day.
