Akari quite enjoyed walking through her village. She especially loved it at night. The stars twinkled above, casting an ethereal feeling over her, and the lights from the various vendors added to the cozy feeling Konoha gave off. She decided she would drop her stuff off at her apartment, then go out and find a vendor to eat dinner at.

She walked past many different vendors, and had almost decided on barbecue until she remembered that Ichiraku Ramen hadn't been visited by her in weeks because of her latest mission. As she neared her apartment building, she mentally decided on going to her favorite ramen vendor. She reached her apartment, and closed the door and turned on her lights. As she was setting down her bag and taking off her shoes, a voice popped up out of the shadows, causing her to whip around and hurl a shuriken at whoever was in her house.

"It's not nice to throw weapons at your friends you know," the smug voice stated, and she rolled her eyes as she looked over at the jounin who was sitting on her couch with his eyes trained on his stupid porn book. He looked up at her though as she started to talk.

"Well good thing we aren't friends," she said flatly, still annoyed that he was so nonchalant about the fact that he had literally broken into her house.

"Or rocks for that matter," he continued, closing his book and rising from her couch.

"What the hell are you doing in my house grandpa?"

"Very clever Akari, never heard that one before."

"Thank you, I take pride in my insults."

"You shouldn't disrespect me in front of my genin Akari. It doesn't set a good example for them," he said this more seriously, causing her to rise her head from the water she had got herself. The one eye she could see trained on her. She gulped as she realized he was being dead serious this time.

"I was just joking around Kakashi," Akari said quietly, and he sighed out of annoyance. She was starting to get annoyed too. It was a little pebble, why was he getting so mad?

"It doesn't matter Akari, it was rude and disrespectful and I want an apology," he said, and by that point she was getting hangry.

"I'm not going to apologize for a small joke, it's not even a bi-," and at that moment he cut her off by grabbing her and forcing her to look at him instead of the food she had prepared for tomorrow.

"It is VERY MUCH a big deal Akari. I am asking for some damn respect from you because you know that I really respect you and it's insulting when I don't get that same kind of respect," he said forcefully. That was when she got very upset.

"You think I don't respect you? Where the fuck do you get off saying that I don't respect you? Since the day I stumbled into this village I have had so much respect for you. You may be fucking BLIND to it since you're about as dense as you are stupid. I have more respect for you then you'll ever know, Hatake!" she yelled at Kakashi, and then he also reached his breaking point. He yanked a kunai out of his pouch on his right leg and slammed Akari into the wall behind her, with the kunai pressed against her neck, and his headband now exposing his sharingan to the girl below him. She looked up at him with anger present in her eyes as she shoved him back and swung at his face in a blind fury as she tried not to completely kill the man in front of her. She yelled incoherent profanities at him, her rage mixing with sadness that came out of nowhere. He dodged her fists easily and backed away from her as she kept coming closer and closer to him. He eventually backed himself into a wall, and she took this moment to sweep his legs out from under him so he was kneeling in front of her.

"Come at me one more time and I'll end you Hatake. You have NO RIGHT to attack me!" Akari screamed as she tried to keep the angry tears in her eyes suppressed, but as blind as the jounin was before her, he could still see the slight glossy sheen that wasn't present in her eyes before. He didn't need the sharingan that was open to the world to spot the unshed tears in her eyes.
