19. Blood Stained Skin

Victoria walked up to me, "Tonight my brothers, we take back our world!"

I glanced back at her as Rosalie was flashing her teeth and black eyes, "Its time."

Rosalie nodded her head back at me as she grabbed the gun and fired up at the chandelier above me.

The bullet clipped the main chord sending the few thousand pound chandelier come crashing down in the middle of the room.

Victoria ripped her mask off, "See the thing is that you think that we are gonna do something for you."

Rosalie ran and grabbed another vampire.

Victoria glared back at the vampire, "We aren't gonna stand by you as you make our race to be worthless. We will not stand by you!"

I ripped the side of my dress as I was wearing a pair of jeans and a vest.

The room erupted into cries as they finally saw what was going on.

The resistance was here.

The resistance was going to kill them all.

I flashed my teeth when the doors opened.

Gen was the first one through the door.

I heard the gasp as I knew that was Aurora in the corner right where we wanted her.

Gen took off after her sister as she ran out the side door toward the back garden.

Jared jumped up from the table grabbing one of the vampires that was at his table. Jared sent the knife into his throat as he ripped his head back twisting it from the neck bone and neck muscle.

Jensen looked back at him, "What is going on?"

Evalyse rushed over to them, "Jensen, you are coming with me!"

Jensen took Evalyse's hand as they were taken out to the side door.

Jared grabbed the machete that was left for him as he went out with the others of the resistance to kill those that had wronged the race.

I glanced back at Victoria as she was fighting with a hunter.

I grabbed the bow that was on my back and pulled back the arrow.

Victoria glanced back at me as I sent another arrow through the head of another vampire that was rushing at her.

I nodded my head back at her as I sent the end of the bow through a shifter that was coming at me.

I swung the bow hitting the shifter in the face. I sent the bow down through his heart when I looked up at the door.

I took off running as everyone had their hands full in the ballroom.

I ran through the crowd as Rosalie glanced back at me as I slipped out the side door.

Victoria scrambled as the shifter was making his way toward her.

Victoria looked around but couldn't find anything when the head of the shifter hit the ground.

She looked up and saw Jared's hand out for her to take.

Victoria looked back at him, "And I always thought that you loved my sister."

Jared cracked a smile back at her as he swung the machete back taking out another vampire.
