MEL'S VIEWPOINT

It felt good to see her friend again, even if she did seem... off, and she was dying to hear the details of how Deirdre's previous pursuits panned out. She listened with fascination as the story went on about Jyggalag's defeat and freeing, and about how the juicy details about the relationship her friend had with Sheogorath unfolded. She'd never known someone that close to a Daedra before, and this wasn't just any Daedra, but a Daedric PRINCE! She ruled an entire realm of Oblivion with a Daedric Lord that had taken her as his Lady!

"So what shall I call you now? Lady Deirdre?" She pondered out loud.

"Absolutely not" Deirdre flatly said. "You can continue calling me Deirdre, please"

She had heard of that Planewalker in Morrowind coming home to Skyrim. Apparently he lived in Windhelm, Maybe she could join Deirdre on her quest. She might learn a ton that could prove useful in the future.

"Siggurd The Traveler came home to Skyrim, I heard. He apparently lives in Windhelm. Perhaps you would let me join you?" Mel hopefully suggested.

"After I speak with the Archmage about the coloring in this place." Deirdre pointedly said.

DEIRDRE'S VIEWPOINT

This would not do, the walls, the walls needed to be the right colors and they were not! She sought out the Archmage, but Mirabelle Irvine intercepted her before she could knock on the Mage's quarters.

"What can I help you with? Don't bother the Archmage unless absolutely necessary." The Breton said.

"It IS absolutely necessary!" Deirdre exclaimed. "The walls and paintings are the wrong colors!"

"Excuse me? I don't understand. What are you talking about?" Mirabelle looked confused.

"Black to the North, white to the South, yellow to the east, red to the west, blue to the top, green to the bottom!"

"I'll run that by the Archmage later and see what he has to say about it. I'll get back to you... aren't you Mel's friend from a number of years back? I seem to recall you from somewhere."

"Yes, I was here about 20 years ago seeking information on Jyggalag."

"Ah, yes, I remember now. Did you end up finding what you needed? I remember we didn't have much to go on for you. Jyggalag isn't exactly one of the best known of the Daedric Princes. Very little information is available on him, and that information is very, very old."

"I found what I needed. I actually had what I needed all along." Patting her side where Jyggalag's dagger was sheathed, Deirdre thought back to her little adventure 2 decades ago.

"Well, I'm glad for you, of course. If you have anything to add to our archives, we'd be more than appreciative."

"I'll see what I can do." She knew better than to just offer information to other's about Sheogorath's past without consulting him first.

That night Deirdre decided to contact Sheogorath. She took her pendant and focused on it.

"Yes, my love" The voice of the Mad Lord broke the silence,

"The college is looking for more information on Jyggalag."

"So give it to them. Give them all of it" The Daedra stated.

"You're sure." Warily she tried to verify it with him.

"What did I just say, woman!!!" Snapping irritably, he refused to repeat himself.
