Lisa's POV

I did what I said. Everytime he'll order I'll just type in his order, get his card, swipe it, next customer.

And I swear it's less stress. But I still see him glance at me everytime he walks out the door. But I just ignored it. I hate him.

It's our last year in high school. I don't have to be afraid about college because I'm a scholar at Rosé's mom's foundation. That's why I study hard to retain it and payback all the good things she had done to me.

"Few months left and freedom will be in our hands" Rosé said as she eats her third bagel for today.

She rest her head at my shoulder "Do you think I'll pass the college entrance examination? I'm not smart like you..." she sighed.

I putted down my pen and looked at her. "You will. I'll help you okay? We'll study together."

She laughed at my response she sat properly and looked at me. "I'll study, you'll teach me. Because everyone knows how smart you are. You don't need to study hard to ace any exam."

"You're crazy Rosé. I still need to study okay? I'm only human. I'm not Einstein."

"You're not Albert Einstein but you're Lalisa Manoban." She chuckled. I just laughed at her statement and went back to writing my notes.

Few moments later, one of our classmate announced that our Math teacher will not be able to attend the class today. They celebrated, that's how much they hate math. And it also means that we'll have to wait for about an hour and a half for our next teacher.

The girls suddenly started gushing. I looked at where they're looking and saw Taehyung coming inside our classroom. He looks like one of those guy you read in novels. Tall, handsome, smart, kind. That type of guy you'll want to have a romantic relationship with.

He smiled as soon as he saw me. I even heard Rosé chuckled.

"Hey Miss Lalisa, are you busy right now?" He asked and smiles at me.

I nodded and point my notes. He nodded but he doesn't mind. He grabbed my hand and pulled me. I even heard him say that "We'll be right back." to Rosé.

We walked passed the girls who likes him and heard them sighed.

"Where are we going?" I said as we're finally out of the room.

"To the cafeteria. I'm starving. And I've heard that you don't have class at this time."

"Where's Jimin? You should've went with him."

"I want to be with you. Okay?"

H-huh? I suddenly felt like a cold water was poured onto me. I mean Taehyung's my friend, and eversince we became friends he'll always say some things that would make me feel some kind of things. Which is not good.

Yes he's close to perfection but heck he's my friend. My guy bestfriend. And that's the last thing that I want to happen to us.

"What do you like Lili?" He asked me as he's busy scanning the menu.

I shook my head, never minding my previous thoughts about his gestures towards me. I looked at the menu.

"I'll just have a cinnamon roll and a cold coffee." I said, I got my wallet out from pocket. Tae looked at me and then at my wallet, he looked offended.

"What are you doing?"

"Huh?"

"Why are you holding your wallet?"
