"So how is your boyfriend?"Olivia eyed her irritably
"He is fine and I see you care so much about him"Amber replied clearly annoyed.
"Of course I do you are like a sister to me so I have to care about the person you have been dating for four years and still hasn't proposed to you" Olivia replied menacingly.
"Thank you so much".Amber replied sarcastically. What do Olivia think of herself how dare she insult me in that manner,Amber thought angrily.
        After the Bellamy's left Amber was confronted by her parents all because of Olivia's outburst.
       "Amber why hasn't Jackson proposed to you yet?"her father asked.
            Amber knew her father was angry with her. Mr Victor Chris was a very hard-working man who never liked people that weren't as hardworking as him.He never liked Jackson because he knew that Jackson didn't have a job and wasn't ready to propose to his daughter.
            "Dad I have told you countless times that Jackson is trying to find his feet and isn't ready to settle down"She replied angrily.
       "But when is he ever going to settle down.Come on you guys have been dating for four years and you aren't a kid anymore"Mr Victor replied clearly annoyed as well.
       "Dad I'm not ready to have this conversation with you I'm going to my room"she said.

   "Yes ma'am Mr Jackson came in yesterday to pick up the cheque"the secretary said.
   Amber had been trying to get in touch with Jackson since last night but he hadn't picked up his calls or answered his texts and he hadn't even  called to thank her for the cheque.Amber decided to talk to Beth.
   
    "So you're trying to tell me that Jackson hasn't called you since yesterday night not to even thank you for the cheque"Beth asked surprisedly.They had met in a cafe few meters away from Amber jewelry company.
   "Yes I'm scared what if something bad has happened to him"she replied visibly scared.
    "Have you tried visiting him"Beth asked.
    "Come on I only started calling him last night"she replied.
     "Alright then you go visit him immediately you leave here and then call me immediately after that got it"
      "Got it".
