Chapter 15🤔

      After two weeks of not being in the office, Amber resumed. Everyone was happy to see her.
        "Good morning,Miss.Chris.Nice to see you again."Brian greeted formally.
        After the argument Amber had with Brian,he hadn't called or texted her anymore. She didn't know if she should be happy or not that she had pushed him away.
       That day the time seemed to be going too slow for Amber.She felt bored because Brian wasn't trying to get her attention anymore.
       Wanting to know what Brian was doing, Amber went to Brian's office. When she got there, he wasn't there.
        "What do you need? Brian asked from behind startling Amber.
          "Nothing I just came to check on you"Amber replied.
          "Why?"
          "I just felt I should check on you."Amber replied.
          "Are you checking on me because you are missing me?'Brian asked.
          "No, I just wanted to see how work was going."Amber said defensively.
         "Work is fine."Brian replied.
         "Alright, I will be leaving now."Amber said leaving hastily.

         When Brian saw Amber in his office,he knew that she definitely was missing him.
        Brian had decided to stop chasing Amber around but instead let her come to him. He knew that if he kept on going after her,she would only continue to withdraw deeper into her shell.
       After office hours, Brian went home thinking of Amber. He really missed calling her and just listening to her voice. He missed seeing her blush when he teased her. He really hoped she would realise  her feelings very soon.

      When Amber got home she called Beth to tell her how she was feeling.
       "Beth I don't understand I am feeling. I miss him but I don't want him around."Amber said totally confused.
       "Amber if miss him if means you have feelings for him."Beth replied.
        "I don't love him."Amber said.
        "Amber if you want to clear your mind you will have to understand exactly what you feel for Brian."
