Chapter 9🤔💖

   Amber hadn't felt such feelings for anyone since Jackson left her. She had   decided that she didn't want to get caught up again in love and that she would face her business squarely. But now meeting Brian Fox and their passionate kiss on their balcony she didn't exactly know what to do. She decided to invite Beth over.
     "So you trying to say that he just kissed you without warning?"Beth asked. Since she arrived she had asked that question three times.
     "Yes"
     " How do you feel?"
     " Well I still haven't changed my mind about relationships but I have to admit that I am attracted to him"Amber said worriedly. She hadn't felt so confused in a long  time.
    "Amber, right now I think you should focus your mind on your business. It will get your mind off Brian and also improve your  financial status ."Beth replied matter-of-factly.
     "But how can I do that when Brian is my business partner?"
"You've got to find a way to do it"

     Amber was at work the next day and she still couldn't stop thinking of Brian. And that kiss on the balcony. The telephone ringing distracted her from her thoughts.
    "Ma'am,Mr.Brian Fox is here to see you"the secretary said.
      Amber couldn't hide her excitement. Composing herself Amber replied professionally "Send him in".
     When Brian got to her office, Amber couldn't help noticing how hot he looked. He was dressed in joggers and tank top and those arms and body            she couldn't stop clinging to at the dinner party.
      "What do you want?"Amber said trying to sound professional and angry.
       "Well,I came over because we need to talk about what happened at the dinner party"Brian said.
        "There is nothing to talk about "
         "Look Amber, it isn't wrong for us to feel attracted to each other".
         "Like I said there is nothing to talk about"
         When Amber said that she recognized the pain that appeared in his eyes. He nodded and walked over to her.
         "Is this nothing?"he said and then kissed her. When he kissed her he expressed all his passion and he knew  she felt the same way because she responded with the same passion that he had.
          Amber was totally lost of words when he released her. She didn't know what to say or do.
         "Get ...Get out" She tried to say in a commanding voice after she regained her composure.
       "No I'm not. According to the business deal I can be here anytime I want".
