While Brian was discussing with Mr.Chris, Amber was having a discussion with Beth.
"Come on Amber, you can't continue to hide away from him"Beth said.
"I am not hiding away from anybody"Amber said defensively.
"Amber,even if you don't want to see him who is going to take care of the office? Beth said hoping she would convince Amber.
"I have employees"Amber said matter-of -factly.
"Amber come be reasonable"Beth said.
"Beth I came to you because you are my friend. I don't want to talk about it"Amber replied.
"Amber if you love him you can't continue to hide your feelings for him."Beth said.
"I don't love him."Amber said protectively.
"If you don't love him then why are you hiding away from him?"Beth asked.
"Beth, right now I don't want to talk about him. I want to have peace of mind."Amber replied.

"Mr. Chris where's Amber right now?"Brian asked.
"Amber said she was going to spend a few days with her friend. I now understand why."Mr. Chris replied.
"Do you know the address of this friend? Brian said hastily.
After Mr. Chris told Brian the address Brian hastily left for Beth place.
Amber was in the sitting room when she heard the doorbell rang.
"Beth,go get the door"Amber said.
"I can't I am cooking. Please check."Beth replied from the kitchen.
"Alright."Amber replied and got up lazily.
When Amber opened the door she was shocked to find Brian standing on Beth front step.
"What are you doing here?"Amber asked.
"I am here to see you."Brian replied.
"Have you been stalking me?"Amber asked.
"No, your dad gave me the address"Brian replied.
"Oh no"Amber knew she shouldn't have told her parents where she was going.
"Well aren't you going to let me in?"Brian asked.
"No."
"Amber who is at the door?"Beth asked already at the door .
"Hi I am Brian, Amber boyfriend"Brian said.
"No you are not"Amber said angrily.
"Will you please let me in?"Brian asked again.
"No I think it will be better if you both went for a walk so I don't listen to your conversation"Beth said.
"No"Amber replied hastily.
"Come on don't be a spoilsport. It's just a walk."Beth said.
"Alright, alright I'll go."Amber said knowing that if she didn't agree Beth would continue to nag.
After they had walked few meters away from the house, Amber asked,"What do you want?"
"I only want to see you."Brian replied.
"Brian I don't want to hear any love speeches"Amber said.
"I am not here to say how much I love you. I am here because I found out why you won't confess your feelings for me. It's because of Jackson right?"Brian asked.
After a moment or two Amber asked stammering,"How do you know that?"
"Your dad told me. I met with him today.Amber you have to forget about Jackson."Brian said.
"My personal life is none of your business."Amber said angrily.
"Amber I am saying this as a friend. You have to move on in life."Brian said.
"Like I said, it is none of your business "Amber replied. She had started to turn around.
"You can't just give up on love ."Brian said going after her.
"None of your business Brian."
"Not all guys are the same."
"Brian just live me alone "By now they were close to Beth house.
"Just hold on."Brian said trying to catch up with Amber.
When Amber got behind the door,she turned around to face him.
"Brian I don't want to talk about this with you anymore." Amber said and slammed the door.
