Like yesterday, I woke up with a smile plastered in my face. I sat up from my bed and look out the window. Is it just me or it's a lot brighter today, as if I'm in the spring kingdom instead of the winter kingdom.
Just on time Yeri again entered my room, I look at her but she isn't wearing the brightest smile like any other day making me confused.
"Is something wrong?" I asked but all I got is a sigh
"You know you can tell me right?" I said trying to convince her and talk to me
"I know I can but it's not my problem you see" she said making me even more confused
"Then who?" I asked
"Prince Guanlin's" she replied
"Why, what's wrong?" I asked getting a lot eager to find the answers to my question
"He has a surprise visitor that I don't really think he want to see right now" she said very sighing very deep
"A person he doesn't want to see right now? Is it the spring princess?" I asked making her look at me
"How did you know it was her?" she asked
"Ahh that, Guanlin told me the whole story" I explained making her nod
"But may I ask why you are so concerned about Guanlin? I mean I'm just confused" I asked making her chuckle
"Are you jealous?" she teased making me unexpectedly blush
"H-huh, me?" I stuttered which provoked her even more
"Yes you! You're jealous!" she said before laughing
"I am not, I am just asking!" I said but she just laughed and laughed
"Hey it's not funny anymore!" I said ready to sulk
"Eyy, don't be like that, I'm sorry" she said before giving me a hug
"And I'm not really concerned for the prince himself but for your future relationship together okay, I want my ship to sail you know" she said but this time she sounds really serious
"My relationship with Guanlin?" I asked and she nods
"I mean the prince is already happy just with your presence and looks like his heart is already healing because of you so I'm just a bit anxious for the fact that Princess Joy is going to show up by this time of his life" she explained making think to myself
"What should we do then?" I asked her, because to be honest I'm also getting anxious
She looks at me carefully before talking "I suggest you stick with prince Guanlin the whole day" she said but I think that will be impossible
"What if they tell me to leave?" I asked her, because that is hundred presently possible
Guanlin might still have feelings for Joy and ask me to leave them for privacy
And if not, I might leave by myself if I can't take it
"Ahh your right, we're just commoners and they're in line for throne" Yeri said snapping me out of my thoughts

"Well at least introduce yourself to Princess Joy I guess, for respect I man that's all there's left to do anyway" she advice into which I nod
"Come on let's dress you up" she said before dragging me inside the closet
She digs into a big pile of clothes before showing me a Beautiful off shoulder dress.
"I think this is too much" I said because again, I am fine with just a simple one
"Well you must wear it because it's suggested by someone" she strictly said making me wonder
"Again?" I asked and she nods
"Yes again, and this time it's requested by me, now go and wear it" she said before shoving me to the garderobe
I softly chuckle at Yeri's action, why? Because I didn't thought she'll be this competitive just for her friend.
I shrug all of the thoughts before changing my clothes.

I went outside the closet and showed the dress to Yeri
"Is it fine?" I asked and she shook her head
"What? What's wrong? I told you a simple dress is fin-"
"It's not fine it's lovely" she said before smiling at me
"Aish" I said before laughing at her cheesy line
"Anyway let's go" she said before dragging me out my room closing the door behind us as we leave
"Okay, all you have to do is put on your best smile and introduce yourself to them; you just have to be confident okay, remember I'll be here to cheer on you" she said while gently pushing me to walk faster
"I don't think I ca-"
"Oh Sunhee you're here" I got cut off when Guanlin call out my name
I look over to them, and in front of him was Joy and Sungjae her husband.
"Hello there prince Guanlin, I'll leave my friend here okay, bye~" Yeri said before leaving me
"Yeri don't lea-"
"Oh who is she! She's so pretty!" This time I got cut off by Joy instead
"Ah hahaha, nice to meet you guys I'm Wen Sunhee" I introduced myself in the most awkward way I ever did my entire life
"Aww she's shy? Really cute" Sungjae said making me blush
"Hey stop it, don't steal her too" Guanlin said, but i can't really tell if he's joking or not
"Oh sorry, didn't know she's your property" Sungjae said with a teasing smile
"I-I'll excuse myself" I said but before I can leave Guanlin called out making me turn to look at him
"Where are you going?" he asked
"To the library" I said and all I got is a nod
That's all what it take before I leave the hallway. I swear to god I've never been stuck in such awkwardness my whole life, and it's killing me.
Guess being confident is just never been in my vocabulary even if Yeri told me to do so.
