Josie's POV

It was Monday now two days since the party. I had gotten pretty drunk but I still remembered what had happened so I was embarrassed because I acted so soft towards Sophia. She probably thinks we could be friends now but she was wrong.

I was going to try and avoid her. That's what I had to do. That's what she deserved to be avoided for poking at me with that cheek kiss.

"Hey babe" Landon tells me walking towards me and giving me a soft peck on the lips.

"Hi, I missed you" I tell him back with a smile. I did since I hadn't seen him since Friday.

"I missed you too, so did anything exciting happen at the game or party on Friday?" He tells me with a soft smile.

I could tell him that oh you know I saw Sophia in a bra and couldn't keep my eyes of her. Or that she was so close to kissing me and I was gonna let her but then she kissed me on the cheek and I felt a bit humiliated. But of course I couldn't tell him that.

"Nope nothing at all it was pretty boring" I tell him smiling taking his hand and walking inside the school with him.

After talking to Landon and catching up the bell rings so we kiss goodbye and I make my way to first period. I was not looking forward to seeing Sophia but I couldn't ditch class even though I was very much tempted.

I walk in and she's not in class yet. Which makes sigh in relief. Cassie is there already so I smile at her and speak up.

"Goodmorning Cassidy" I tell her using her full name smiling at her.

"There's nothing good about it, I saw Rafael last night and we kinda got drunk and stuff now I have such a hang over so please whisper" Cassie tells me putting her hands on her head and putting her face down.

I chuckle and then look up and notice Sophia she's walking In with her AirPods on so focused on her music I'm assuming. She then notices me and shoots  me a smile but I look down avoiding her. Even though I couldn't since she sits next to me. Ugh.

"Okay miss avoiding me, I smiled at you least you can do is oh I don't know, smile back" Sophia tells me back sarcastically nudging my shoulder.

"Why would I smile back at you?" I tell her back scooting my chair farther and with a stern look.

She looks at me confused and then speaks up.
"Are you okay? I thought maybe after the party we" she tells me but I cut her off.
