Josie

We arrive to the famous Mikaelson house after a car ride of just the radio being on it's weird last time I had been here was summer three years ago. Also the summer I set Sophia's room on fire. Shit. I suddenly feel nervous and guilty.

I wonder if she has a new room with the plenty of rooms in the house.

I also wonder if her family is there they where always nice but I don't really feel like explaining to them how after that day me and Lizzie stoped being friends with Hope and Sophia.

Although I'm sure they already knew.

"Josie?" Sophia then says she had already parked and tuned the car off.

"Sorry I was just uh- spacing out I guess" I tell her back and she chuckles.

We both grab our stuff from the back seat and then I follow her to the entrance.

"Wait I'm nervous" I tell Sophia and she turns to face me while opening the front door.

"Nervous?" Sophia says confused but then she realizes what I mean. "Oh right I'm assuming last time you were here was that summer?" Sophia says.

"Yeah, and we all know how that went" I tell her back crossing my hands avoiding her gaze.

"True, but don't worry no ones home everyones working besides my family doesn't hate you Josie in fact they always loved you why I'm not sure" Sophia says the last part playfully.

"Hey" I tell her fake hurt slapping her shoulder and she just laughs.

"Come on well just be in my room." She tells me and I don't know why I feel nervous I mean I've been inside her room many times when we were younger.

And every time I did I remember my thirteen year old self would get nervous and feel butterflies. But it's different now because I'm in a relationship and I'm not crushing on her anymore that crush was long gone.

I was only here because of a school project that's it.

As we make our way up the stairs I notice everything is the same there is a few changes something that is definitely the same though is Sophia's room. It's the same one minus it being burned of course.

She opens the door and drops her bag on her bed.

I just stand by the door.

"Welcome to my room, my new kinda improved room" she tells me and I'm still standing by the door.

"You can come in I don't bite Jo, unless you want me to" Sophia tells me with a smirk and I roll my eyes at her.

"Shut up" I tell her she softly and she laughs. "It's just weird being here and in the same room"

"Oh yeah, I guess so my dad remodeled it and all but if you look closely you'll still see some ashes" Sophia tells me sarcastically.

Okay she still has her dark humor.
