Chapter 15

"Granny, do you feel better now?" Rosé asks Jieun, slice an apple.

"Pretty good" Jieun replies, smiling softly. Rosé hands a slice of apple to Jieun. Rosé looks at the clock that is hanging on the wall, "Oh granny, it's time to take medicine".

Rosé gets up, she walks to the cabinet, open the drawer. Rosé brings a bottle of medicine out. Spilling it onto its lid. Rosé hands it to Jieun with a glass of water.

"Granny" Rosé calls Jieun softly. Jieun sits up, lean her back against the pillow that is lying between the head of the bed and the wall.

"Yes, daughter" Jieun replies, smile. "Why you didn't tell Jimin about it?" Rosé questions Jieun.

Jieun helps Rosé's hand and rub it gently, "I don't want him to be upset by me". "Because he was hurt by his loved one twice, I don't want him to meet the same situation three times", "I want to spend my time left to take care of him" Jieun continues with a brittle voice.

"But Granny!", "He will get hurt more when he knew that it's was too late" Rosé flattens her lips.

"Rosé, I promised with myself", " I will stay longer to take care of Jimin, but I couldn't complete my promise..." Jieun pauses, take a deep breath. "Could you do me a favour" Jieun pleads. Jieun grabs Rosé's hand with both of her hand tightly.

Rosé could feel how much Jieun loves her grandson Jimin by seeing through Jieun's eyes, she truly loves him. Jimin is so lucky to have someone love him, care for him like this. So, Rosé will do what Jieun ask her to do even though she has known them for a few days. This is the way that she could repay for their kindness toward her.

"Yes, granny I will do whatever you ask for" Rosé smiles sadly.

"Promise me, you will take care of Jimin when I'm gone, don't leave him no matter what happened" Jieun's tear starts falling.

"Yes, I promised" Rosé wipes Jieun's tear away. Jieun moves forward and then hug Rosé tightly, Rosé hugs Jieun back.

"Thank you, daughter" Jieun repeat, again and again, sobbing.

"I saw her", "She went to the hospital this morning" Hoseok hands a few photos to Jimin.

"What was she doing there?" Jimin narrows his eyes.

"She went to visit her relative, that's what I knew from the nurse told me" Hoseok replies he takes a sip of coffee.

"About what you have told me to look for, I haven't found any clues yet" Hoseok continues after drinking coffee, he takes out the file from his bag. "But I found this" Hoseok hands a file to Jimin. Jimin opens it and read.

Hoseok gives Jimin an address of the hospital. They both stand up, shake hand.

"Thank you," Jimin said, smiled.

"Yes, Mr Park, when I found new information more I will report to you as fast as I can" Hoseok carries his bag, bows down and bid goodbye. As well, leaving the coffee shop.

Jimin was in the coffee shop to meet with Mr Jung Hoseok. Hoseok has already left in advance.

Hoseok has told Jimin that Rosé goes to the hospital with Yong. Why they went there, and Rosé went to visit her relatives, but she told Jimin that she was homeless, did she lie to Jimin, these are the questions which Jimin has in his mind right now.

After Jimin read the file that Hoseok gives him. Jimin was surprised about what he has seen. Not because Jimin doesn't believe Rosé, but because his curiousness made him want to know more about her life, her profile, her background and everything about her.

For one more reason, it is all about his weird feeling toward her too.

"Rosé, you should go home now", "It's already 6:30 pm" Jieun said.

"Can you stay in the hospital alone?" Rosé asks Jieun.

"I'm okay, don't worry about me" Jieun replies, nod.

"Don't forget to take medicine before you go to bed, Granny" Rosé reminds Jieun.

Afterwards, Rosé prepares her stuff, put it into her cotton bag. "Call me or touch the button near the bed when something happened to you or you need something", "Good night, Granny!" Rosé tells Jieun before she leaves the hospital, then she walks to the door. Rosé bid Jieun goodbye and leaves.

"Did Jimin come home yet, ahjusii?" Rosé asks Yong who's driving.

"He hasn't arrived yet, Ms Rosé" Yong replies.

"What time he will arrive home?" Rosé continues asking.

"He often comes home maybe around 9 pm or 10 pm, sometimes 11 pm" Yong answers. She flattens her mouth, nods.

After 20 minutes ago. they arrived home. Yong helps Rosé carry the stuff. She told him to get some rest. And then Rosé opens the door and step in, she walks up to the kitchen.

"Where did you go?"
