"That's a great dance you two learned there." Says Sokka
"It's not a dance it's a Firebending form." Zuko says annoyed
"We'll just tap dance our way to victory over the firelord." Says Sokka
"It's a form that happens to be thousands of years old." Says Zuko again
"Oh yeah? What's your little form called?" Says Katara
"The Dancing Dragon..." he says embarrassed

"Come in." I say
"Hey." Says Zuko
"Zuko." I say
"Your burns and cuts are worse than you told me. You've been hiding them." Says Zuko
"I already told you before I don't like to talk about it." I say
"But if you must know.. it's still worse than this. Your father struck my right side many many times on invasion day." I tell him
"He will get what he deserves." Says Zuko
"Most of my marks come from my father." I tell him honestly
"A few from my sister. There's one just below my heart where she stabbed me. Trying to kill me. That's one thing I didn't tell you. I said she only tried to kill our fathers. But she tried to kill children and many mothers too. Me, school children." I say sadly
"I'm so sorry." Says Zuko
He hugs me. And I start to cry.
"I haven't had the heart to visit her in a very long time." I tell him.
"Who else knows that she tried to kill you?" Asks Zuko
"My father, the family doctor and probably your father." I say
"Please look into my eyes." Says Zuko
I look at him.
"You are beautiful with or without your scars, bruises and cuts. Whatever you look like are what make you you." He says
"Thank you." I say
"For what?" He asks
"Being you." I say
He leans down to kiss me
"Get ready. We're gonna spend some time together alone." He says
"Will they suspect that we're together? I don't want them to know yet, because it might change something." I say
"You're right we should stay hidden a little longer." He says
"At least until Katara doesn't hate you." I say
"Although I did tell them how I felt about you at the North Pole. When you were injured." I say
"You felt that way even back then?" He asks surprised.
"Yes. I have felt about you this way even before you banished. After the Agni Kai. I watched my mother comfort you." I say
"You didn't think I was weak?" He asks
"I could never think that of you." I say honestly
"Choosing between betraying you or helping this team. It was the hardest decision I ever made." I admit.
He walks around to see my fire roses.
"They're still alive." He says
"I'm good with flowers." I say
"I'll leave you to get ready." He says
I get dressed into this

We walk to a patch of grass.
"Yellow looks good on you." He says

I put my hand on his cheek on his scar and rub it gently
He lays his left side of his head in my hand.
