Chapter 29: Hollow Bastion/Showdown Between Friends

(3rd) POV:

In a grand hall, Jasmine, Alice and the other Princesses of Heart are encased in some kind of crystal chambers. Aurora, Cinderella and Jasmine on one side of the room, while Snow White, Alice and Belle are on the other side. None of them are aware of what's happening, as though they're under some kind of spell, placed into a deep sleep. As for Kairi, her body lies in a dark capsule of some sort, while Maleficent stands in front of a large room.

"O purest of hearts! Reveal to me the Keyhole!" Maleficent orders.

From the hearts of six princesses, their chests give off a sort of glow, a pink light shining from each of them. All six lights meet above Kairi's body, and then point a beam of light towards a great heart in the large room Maleficent is in, making her let an evil smile form on her face. Now that she has all seven, all that's left is for Harmony to arrive, and then the Keyhole will finally be complete.

(Harmony's) POV:

Asch, Luke, Mieu, Chibi, Sora, Beast and I all walk through the castle halls, trying to not get lost, especially since we almost get turned around by fighting the Heartless. But even so, I don't feel lost. It's almost as though I've been to this place before, and know it's exact layout.

Asch lets out an annoyed sigh. "Great, a dead end," he says.

"What do we do now?" Mieu asks.

"Maybe if we turn back a little, we can figure out which way to go," Sora suggests.

"No, wait," I say all of a sudden, placing my hand on the wall. "There's something here, I'm sure of it. If we break through this wall, there should be a path that leads to the entrance hall. I can't say for certain, but I feel like I know this place, so..."

"Stand aside," Beast says. Before we know it, he rams his body against the wall, creating a giant hole, which takes us by surprise. "Let's go."

"Whoa," Sora says, impressed.

"It really did lead to the Entrance Hall," Luke says, as we all walk through the hole Beast made. "Harmony, how did you know that?"

I shrug my shoulder. "I don't know. I just somehow...knew."

"Be on your guard," Beast says. "They're close, I can feel it. Are you ready for them?" we all nod our heads, ready as we'll ever be. Then something catches Beast's attention. "Belle?"

We all look to see a young woman in a yellow dress, who is standing in the same hall we just came from. At first, Beast looks relieved, but then the girl turns out to be a Heartless, which angers him. Beast let's out a loud and angered roar, then chases after the Heartless.

"Beast!" I call out, as the doors close behind him, possibly to keep him out.

"Why are you still here?" we hear a familiar voice ask, making us turn around to see Riku, with Donald and Goofy next to him.

"Riku! You did this?" Sora questions, glaring at Riku.

"Sorry if I interrupted your little adventure game," Riku says, not even looking a little sympathetic.

"You think this is funny?! Because I'm not laughing!" Asch yells.

"This isn't a playground. Quit while you all can," Riku says, ignoring Asch.

"No. Not without Kairi, or my mother," I say, determined to not give in.

"The darkness will destroy you," Riku says, as darkness surrounds him, changing his clothes into something dark and kind of sinister looking. "Especially you, Sora. Unlike Harmony, you don't have a Keyblade. You're not a Guardian of Lorelei like Asch and Luke. Heck, you don't even have special powers like those two animals. So, give up."
