Star Gazing (Karai x Fem! Reader)

You were putting on your favorite tank top and put your hair in a bun (or straightened if it's really short). You winged on your eye liner and heard a knock on your window. You softly smiled and opened your window.

"You ready for tonight?" Karai asked with a soft smile.

"I'm so ready. What do you have planned?" You asked.

"Come on and you'll find out." She replied.

She held out her hand and you gracefully held it as she led you up to the roof.

"Surprise!" She smirked.

Your eyes lit up with joy. There was a huge fluffy comforter with pillows with snacks.

"This is so cool!" You smiled.

"I'm not the fluffy type but I knew you'd enjoy something like this." Karai smiled at you.

"It's perfect." You replied as you kissed her cheek.

You both laid down and looked up at the sky.

"I've never seen so many stars in one night." You spoke.

"I do all the time." Karai replied.

"That's because you're a kunoichi." You chuckled, "you're out in the city almost every night."

"It's my job." She chuckled, "I have to lead the foot or they'll fuck it up."

You then burst out laughing, "they can't do anything right."

"I know." Karai replied, "I have to babysit their asses just to watch them get destroyed by the turtles."

"Don't even get me started on those freaks." You said.

Karai chuckled, "I never understood why you even hung out with them."

"Because at that time....I trusted them." You spoke softly.

Karai frowned at seeing you upset. She held your hand.

"(Y/n) I promise that I'll be here for you and love you forever. No matter what happens." She said.

You smiled, "you're too sweet to me."

"Only for you." She pecked you on the lips.

You both then heard something.

"What was that?" You asked.

"It might be the foot." Karai answered.

Suddenly, Leo jumped onto the roof, "I knew it!"

You groaned, "Leo."

"Why the hell are you dating Karai?!?" Leo yelled, "she's against us!"

"Because you weren't supportive of me coming out of the closet and telling you that I loved Karai! She loves me too! So it's done." You replied.

"She liked me before she loved you." Leo growled.

"Actually Leo..." Karai spike as she stood up, "it was all part of my plan."

"What do you mean part of your plan?" He questioned.

"In order to get to the others, I had to get to the leader first. When I saw (y/n), I knew one day she'd be mine. I just had to get under your green skin." Karai explained.

Leo growled as he pulled out his katanas. He charged towards Karai but you stood up and kicked his plastron. You knocked his breath out as he fell down the building. You stared down at his unconscious body.

"(N/n) you didn't have to do that." Karai said walking up to you.

"I wasn't gonna let him hurt you." You replied.

Karai softly smiled at her, "I love you."

"I love you too."
