Aiichiro Nitori (VALENTINES SPECIAL 2018 03)

They said, "Love is blind." But for you, nothing is blind except for those who can't see the real meaning of LOVE.

(L/N) (Y/N) has been dating Nitori Aiichiro for almost 2 years already. She loves Ai just the way he is. She doesn't mind what the others would say even if her own friends tell her to just find another man who's better and who looks better than Ai.

"Only an idiot would tell that to me." you said as you raised your left eyebrow.

"But (Y/N)-chan, please. Just date another man this Valentines while your boyfriend isn't around." One of your friends told you. You get annoyed by what you hear.

"I thought, friends support each other no matter what. And I also thought, you are my "real friends". " you replied in annoyance and literally quote and unquoted the last 2 words.

As you said that, you walked out of the room and tried to call Ai. But, he didn't answer your call. His phone keeps ringing, you guess. He promised you that he'll take you out for a Valentine date last night. But there you are, wondering where's he. You look around just to see the happy couples who are dating right now since classes have ended early.

"Where are you now, my little Ai-chan?" you said sadly.

You suddenly remember he have an asthma. So you thought, he might be sick at the moment. And since you're worried about him, you went to the nearest store where you can buy foods and some medicine before you go to Samezuka.

You arrived at Samezuka just to see Ai isn't around still. You decided to go to the Swim Club's pool and ask Rin - Ai's senpai and Swim Club captain.

"Good afternoon, Matsuoka-san. Uh, do you know where is Ai?" you asked.

"Ai? He's not showing up here yet. Momo, where's Ai?" he said and called Momo.

"Ai-senpai is sick since last night, why?" Momo said and looked at you.

"His girlfriend is here." Rin replied.

"Ai-senpai has a girlfriend?! Wow! He's lucky to have a girlfriend like her. Cute!" Momo said and blushed. You just laughed a bit before you reply.

"Thank you very much, Matsuoka-san and Momo-kun." you said as you bow and go to Ai and Momo's room.

You saw Ai sleeping so you walked in silently to make sure not to disturb his sleep and put down the grocery bags and your bag. You also saw a big brown teddy bear, bouquet of flowers and a small envelope with your name on it. You're sure that those gifts are all for you but Ai didn't make the date happen to give those gifts to you personally. You opened the letter and cried a bit by what you read.

Dear (Y/N) my love,

Does it sound redundant if I told you "I love you" once again? Because I always want to remind you how much I do. Anyway, HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!

After reading the letter, you saw him yawn loudly and stretch his arms and coughed. You immediately sit beside him and asked hi what he need.

"Ai-chan, what do you need? Food? Medicine? Your inhaler?" you asked worriedly while rubbing his back.

"Eh?! -- (Y/N)-chan?! -- Why are you here?" Ai asked in between coughs.

"I'm here to take care of my beloved boyfriend so I'm gonna call this a taking-care-of-my-beloved date." you said and smiled. But Ai frowned in disappointment since he knew he promised you something.

"Y/N-chan.... I'm so sorry. I broke my own promise to you. But.... to make you happy this Valentines, I want to let you...." he said but you cut it off by kissing his cheek (which made him blush hardly) because you don't want to hear what he's going to say.

"Shut it, Ai-chan. I love you so much, okay? And I don't want anyone or anything to break us, okay?" you said cheerfully. Ai could just smile as he see you smile. You hugged him that made him lay on the bed and there you two stayed until he get well.
