Louis woke up to his alarm telling him it's time to get ready for work. After showering and brushing his teeth, he got dressed.

Walking into the kitchen he sees Sofia and Janel cooking, "congratulations!" Janel yells when she sees her brother.

Louis was confused, "congratulations on...?" He asked.

"I know you told me not to go through your laptop but I needed it for school-"

"What happened to yours?" Louis cuts her off.

"I broke it," Janel said. "Anyways, I saw that you got accepted into Mercer." She clapped.

Sofia smiled. She wanted to hug Louis but she knew Louis hadn't fully forgiven her. Sofia has been around a lot more she was at least grateful her kids let her back into her life.

"Really?" Louis asked in disbelief. Janel nodded excessively. She ran and gave her brother a big hug. "I thought I was waitlisted.."

"Guess they un-waitlisted you." Janel stopped smiling when she saw Louis's unamused face, "what's wrong? Aren't you happy?"

"Yeah, I am. I just didn't think I would get in." Louis said honestly.

"I knew you would get into one of these schools," Janel said bravely. "Isn't this the school Zen's going to?"

"Yes," Louis said thinking about Zen. He hadn't heard from her in almost a month. Yeah, they would talk at school but Zen would keep the conversations short. And she hasn't really been over as much as she usually would. Louis was trying to figure out what the fuck he did.

"Okay let's eat before you leave for work," Sofia said setting plates on the table. They sat down and starting eating.

Louis thought this would be a great time to ask Sofia if she could help him, "Sof- mom, I was wondering if you could help me pay for college." Louis started. "I know that I haven't been nice to you but I don't know what else to do."

"Louis of course I'll help you. You don't have to be nervous to ask for help." Sofia took his hand in hers.

"Thank you." Louis nodded. He checked his phone, "I should go. Janel if you talk to Zen tell her to call me." He said getting up. He grabbed his car keys and left.

"Love you too." Janel rolled her eyes.

~A Few Hours Later~

Janel and Rebecca walked up the pathway and rung the doorbell once they made it to the door, "hey Janel and Rebecca." Stephanie said letting her in. "The boys should be back soon."

"Okay. We needed to talk to Zen anyways." Janel said.

"Good luck. She been locked up in that room since forever." Stephanie said.

"Why?" Rebecca asked

Stephanie shrugged, "she won't talk to us. Philly told me she's even been ignoring Louis."

"She's been ignoring everybody." They started to make their way upstairs to her room. "Zen! Open the door!" Janel banged on it.

The door swung open, "what is wrong with you!" Zen yelled.

"No what is wrong with you. You just been ignoring everybody, puta." Janel pushes passed  Zen into the room.

"Janel, Rebecca I'm not in the mood." Zen tiredly said. Janel sat the bed.

"I don't care if you in the mood or not. You gon tell me what's wrong." Janel said. Zen scoffed, "or should I call Louis? We got all day boo." Janel crosses her legs.
